Zips Car Wash offers express car wash services and an Unlimited Wash Club at many locations. The service is cashless and accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and ZIPS gift cards. Customers say the wash is cheap and the staff is friendly and helpful. Some reviewers note the vacuum is blocked by tissue papers and other debris, and the wash quality is not always perfect. Many staff members are described as professional and helpful, and some employees go the extra mile, such as spraying a truck after alignment. The manager and co‑workers perform closing duties with a pleasant attitude. Memberships are popular, but some members report that wash problems have not been fixed. Overall, customers appreciate the friendly staff and the convenience of the service, though they expect better wash quality and fully working vacuums.
