“I do believe they need to keep a cashier at the main entry, not just at the return desk and not just at the lumber end. Usually there is an employee standing there to help with the self checkout and if they can hire someone to stand there doing that, why can't they hire someone to stand at a register to cash out people. Prices are generally high and many products are not top of the line or worth the high prices. Just because something cost more, does not mean it is better than something that cost much less. I have purchased shower unit, toilet, vanity, flooring, and a lot more in just the past few months. I've also purchased many shrubs, flowers, mulch, etc. They have a rewards point system but all they ever applied to mine was the vanity. The employees seem to change a lot and it makes me wonder if they are hard to work for.”
“I LOVE this store! They have what you need, and you'll leave talking about what you're going to come back to get! And it smells just like the old hardware store I used to visit with my Granddaddy Sellers when I was much younger! That's the smell that throws you back to old memories. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Love this one. I walked past an aisle and actually saw the manager dusting the products. I’ve never seen a manager anywhere take that much initiative to keep the store on point. He is always very nice and has a smile on his face. Great guy! And Cheyenne is very sweet!”
