“I went into the store today to buy A phone that was very much needed and highly wanted/anticipated. Due to my local cricket store being out of stock, I was able to drive to the Milan, cricket store, and successfully get my phone. Now a mixup happened where my Husband’s phone number was put on my new phone. Only problem with this is my husband Is a truck driver who is currently on the road. This was a very high stress situation. The employees at this store handled everything professionally calmly very empathetic, and went above and beyond to get the whole situation, figured out fixed to make all right in the world again. This store was very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional kind, and made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this store along with the cricket service. Thank you so much for fixing everything today along with allowing me to freak out.”

“They answered my call on the second ring and said I could walk in without an appointment. When I got there, I was helped immediately by Mr. Cainan who was friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and was not pushy at all about add on items like some salesmen can be. I would return to this store with any questions or future sales even though it’s a further drive for me than Jackson Columns.”

He also took the time to explain to me how the transfer from my old phone to new phone would work and how long it would take to complete.
