“A few weeks ago, my mother was driving my car when it over heated. A very kind man flagged my mom down when he noticed it was overheating. It was the owner of this business, Daniel. I've never met a kinder gentleman. He stayed with her until my father in law and I could get to her, and helped me arrange towing to his shop. He had his wonderful staff fix my radiator as soon as they could and I was able to quickly get back to work. They did an amazing job fixing it. I definitely plan on going here again in the future, and have been suggesting them to my family to. Truly an honest business .”

My car broke down on May 2, 2026, while I was driving from Florida back to Colorado. Jason initially towed my vehicle to my hotel because the dealership was closed and would not reopen until 1:00 PM the next day, Sunday.

Not only did he do exactly that, but he also put my key in a service envelope and dropped it in Southaven Kia’s service box.
