“I highly recommend Smart Auto Glass! We had our windshield replaced due to a large crack, well 4 days later it was raining and when we turned on the windshield wipers somehow they were out of sync and knocked off the passenger side blade. My 16 year old had to keep the wipers on so she could obviously drive in the rain. Unfortunately, this caused a huge scratch on the windshield. Long story short, I called Chad told him what happened and without question he was going to order me a new windshield. A few days later, we had a new windshield installed. Chad said he was sorry that this happened and we thanked him, and off he went. This is what excellent customer service looks like! Thank you Chad!”
