Fortunately I didn't need the vehicle that day but it would have been stressful due to being told it would take 3 hours to be ready after drop-off. It was closer to 4 1/2 hours. Overall, they did a great job.”

“I would like to give 5 stars. The employees or associates I talked to were very professional and have excellent customer service. My biggest issue is being able to communicate better. If you have spam blocker it makes it difficult as they use a variety of numbers to call from. Due to this it took over 3 weeks to get my glass repaired. This was due to the whole spam blocker and variety of numbers. I would unblock a number and then get a call from yet a different number. Overall, I would use this company again.”
