“I have been having long standing problems with my Google account. Somehow my husband was located outside of the USA ( not really) and I could not change his country no matter how many times I tried to do it. With him "outside" the USA multiple apps"were not available in my country". I went to the store where I got my Pixel 7 and she couldn't do it either. She told me to try this store. Nim had also problems initially but finally got it figured out. It is fixed! Thank you so much!”

“I just rented a laptop from here and the keyboard had a problem with it. I wanted to fix it myself but figured since they would do so for free I may as well take advantage of it. It was a released item. They said it would be a week when I would get it back, that was two weeks ago. I get this stuff takes time and I'm being as patient as I can be but I don't like being told a time frame only to have it be broken later, if it was a day or two after I'd be cool with it but two weeks so far? They've also given me little information other than "We get shipments on Wednesday" uh why only on Wednesday? Why not twice a week? I'm pretty upset.Addendum: So it was not their fault per say it was whoever was repairing the laptop. Although I wish they would of communicated this with me sooner, it's not fair to rate them on the actions of another company. They exchanged the same model, at the same rate for me. Thanks Aaron's for fixing my problem!”

“Well I kept getting charged more than I thought it should so was suppose to up there over n over well finally made it n I was being charged for 5 lines instead of 4 n the useless guy in store just said to come back right B4 next bill due n then cancel I'm going to contact someone higher up food chain and find out why ppl can just add lines be sure they want commission n why my prepaid service can b prorated to cost me more”
