I arrived around 7:30am & my appointment was scheduled for 8am.I got on dock @7:45 & they were done unloading by 9:25. They will only put u on a dock 15min before your appt. I saw where other drivers say u can park by the gate overnight but I’m assuming that’s only if your appt is not to far off & if u park along the fence line you will probably be in the way of the other drivers. I imagine if you show up 3-4hrs early you probably will not be let inside the gate. Employees were real nice ! As far as overnight parking there’s a Walmart 3.3mi down the st & maybe some other lots you can park in. (( I’m not saying you can park there but y’all know how us drivers do lol.))”

“I had a serious problem with my phone today and saw a young guy named Jacob. He was wonderful! He figured out the problem by trouble shooting and ended up fixing my phone in no time. I was thrilled! His patience, attitude and knowledge was top tier. It was so refreshing to deal with an employee like him. Cricket, if you are reading this- give this guy a RAISE!!”

“Well I kept getting charged more than I thought it should so was suppose to up there over n over well finally made it n I was being charged for 5 lines instead of 4 n the useless guy in store just said to come back right B4 next bill due n then cancel I'm going to contact someone higher up food chain and find out why ppl can just add lines be sure they want commission n why my prepaid service can b prorated to cost me more”
