Michelle is a joy to work with and Her customer service is outstanding. I've been buying tubes from them for years. Now as for the Memphis USPS (postal service) Horrible! The pricing for them both together was still cheaper here than getting only the stereo put in at 3 other places I checked. The guys were really nice and it took very little time to get it all done. The installer was even nice enough to stay late after hours to make sure everything was done that day for me. “Brought in vintage KLH Model Six speakers and he immediately knew what was wrong with one woofer. He repaired it while I waited in under an hour for a very fair price! They sound incredible now!!!
He also showed me how to recover the speaker grill fabric which was really helpful!

“I went into the store on a day that the systems were down. The rep in-store was awesome. Although, no purchases could be made, she sold me on a new phone without using their systems. I go back into the location this morning and again I was greeted with the same enthusiasm by the rep on duty. I had the chance to not only get a new phone with accessories, I was able to share some knowledge with the rep who is the store manager and chat with the district manager. “I took my Son here today so that he can get a new phone. He wanted just a basic phone, to get a free one. Mr. Mario showed him a variety of phones that he could choose from. Ranging from Samsung, Motorola and many more. He decided to go with the Samsung and the $30 plan. He also purchased the screen protector, case. This was a good experience with cricket today.”
