“I went into the store on a day that the systems were down. The rep in-store was awesome. Although, no purchases could be made, she sold me on a new phone without using their systems. I go back into the location this morning and again I was greeted with the same enthusiasm by the rep on duty. I had the chance to not only get a new phone with accessories, I was able to share some knowledge with the rep who is the store manager and chat with the district manager. “Store itself is fine but being charged $20 for a late fee because somethings wrong w/auto pay & the fact that I’ve been a Loyal Customer for 23 plus years & have multiple lines with you. I really take issue with the fact that I have never gotten any discounts on new phones which are only available for new customers. I do understand why but you would think after an amount of time there would be some consideration for the more loyal, proven not to mention reliable Customer’s. Thanks for letting me vent however would be more grateful to get a new phone discount.”
