4/10/26 - I have to amend this review ro include the most recent interaction I had. I recently busted the screen in my Note 20 ultra and bought an S24 ultra that I was trying to switch over to. Despite having successfully unlocked it with the previous carrier, he told me it was still locked and he couldn't switch it over. THEN he said he tried to activate his S23 I guess to try and prove a point that it was the S series problem. But tell me why he then tried to sell me an S25 FE? Basically,he didn't want to do it because it wouldn't net him a sale. Turns out this wouldn't be the 1st dishonest interaction I would have with Metro. I DID get the S24 ultra activated with TMobile. Go figure.”

He also showed me how to recover the speaker grill fabric which was really helpful!

“I went last Thursday to go see about a replacement because of my phone wasn’t working and a worker named Kenny asked me what I needed help with but at the same time he was acting like he didn’t want to help me & then he pushed me off to another worker named Josh . Now let me tell you I was kind of mad because why would Kenny ask me these questions if he didn’t want to help me , but when you ask me questions that would make me think he would want to help but no he pushed me off to a worker named Josh & he was soooooo kind & he even helped me get the replacement phone & he didn’t even have to take the step all the way but he was so sweet , & when we got done I left happy & now when I come back I’m going to always ask for him . He is funny, kind, & very helpful . Thank you Josh for helping me & always remember my face because I’m coming back .”
