“Pretty good quality and quantity of plants and accessories. Only issue is that the checkout lines are so slow. Sometimes it's because of staffing. Sometimes because since a lot of items have to be looked up it takes longer. When buying stones or other items with a sticker I take a picture of the label on the shelf. Maybe Lowe's can think outside the box and have a camera that can quickly identify those items. I do see people leave a lot because they don't want to wait.”

“Shopping Sunday late afternoon, first time in Store. Found Nate to be a great help walking me to both items I needed. Then getting help from another employee on a question he was not sure of in the paint department.
Check out was by self checkout...a little crowded but employee greeted all.”
“No stars for the ladies, 4 for Noah. Visited this location passing through this week looking for a certain product. Asking for assistance from the 2 woman on duty got us nowhere. One of the women suggested the kiosk for my solution, until Noah stepped up treating us far more pleasant, while professional. He went above and beyond to check inventory showing the product on hand in store, after checking his stock in the back the product was unavailable. He called customer solutions to order and apply the discount for us. Greatly appreciate his most pleasant manner, the time he took to help us, while also assisting another customer. The ladies could use this as a great example of IN STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to improve themselves. Good help is most definitely, hard to find. Thank you kindly Noah!
