“Nice friendly knowledgeable employees. You don't have to search for help like in some locations... They ask you can I help you find something? If its not their department they will direct you to the Department and find the person in that department. They ask did you find everything you needed? If there is something comparable at a lower price they will suggest it.This store is always well stocked.”

“It's my main home improvement center. It's overall good but occasionally, you get an employee that is not great... lot's of attitude, usually young employees. Many however are nice. Managers are on top of issues.”

“I found all the things I needed. My only complaint is that it would be nice if they could sweep the entrance to the store and clear the debris in the parking lot. It creates a negative impression with me at least to have screws, pieces of wood and trash like empty soda cans in the parking lot.”

They sat with us for 45 minutes and found us a set that fit our needs and could be delivered fast. I don't think i can mention names on here, but the designer in the kitchen department (there's only one i think) was so helpful. Thank you!”

“I recently had an absolutely horrible trip to a local Hime Depot. They were so awful, that I have vowed to never visit one again. I'll write a specific review on them soon! The local Lowe's is a breath of fresh air. When I walked in, multiple friendly employees asked if I needed help finding my purchases. I needed specific help with light bulbs. A knowledgeable gentleman showed up within three minutes and helped me find what I needed. I strongly recommend this store for any big-box hardware visits. We bought a dishwasher here late 2023; everything was great. The installer was clean and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable. I appreciate the attitudes of the helpful staff. You won't be disappointed!”
