“I visited the store to purchase machine screws to mount a TV to a wall hanger. I had already went online and found the size I needed. I entered the store and found the aisle that screws and bolts were on and was overwhelmed with the massive selection they had to offer. Before I could even turn around to find an associate that could provide assistance, a very friendly and very knowledgeable man came to my assistance. I told him what I needed and he took me to the exact product I was looking for. He made sure they were the exact ones and proceeded to make sure to help if I needed anything else. The price of the screws were unbelievably cheap. As I proceeded to the counter to purchase them the lady checking them out was very courteous and helpful also.
