“This is a really great place to get a storage unit It's very clean and nice and they provide you with a lock. If you call and tell them something is wrong they get right on it to fit it They are really great people to deal with”
“We had storage units in Tullahoma, then bought a house in Monteagle so we wanted to get storage units closer to home. We went with Mountain Storage, prices are reasonable and we did everything on line, moved our belongings in and now we're only 6 miles away. The only issue is their entrance, they should smooth out the lumps & bumps so you don't think your off roading!”
“Affordable, under surveillance,and fenced in, so it is complety secure I have had a storage until there for awhile and the people are so nice .. it is like talking to family when I go in they treat me so nice. This place is more then a 5 start it is more like a 10 star and higher I tecomend this place if you like honest caring loving peoples personality”
“I was skeptical about the location because of a missing gate situation and it looked like it had been ran down by a car around the whole property. I called the call center and spoke with a manager and I was assured that the gate was damaged as a result of previous owners but that it did not actually function under the new management team.Well I wasn't sure how I felt about a location not being gated with my items inside, but I later found out that the gate wasn't needed anyway. The unit was inside of a building that had a keypad on it. All of the units were enclosed. The gate would have been a welcome extra layer of protection, but the units are still locked behind a door.Very nice customer service team.”
