“Came to Tennessee to visit family and my air went out after about a week being here. And the weather was hot as hades. Called Murray's, they said they could test the system and put dye in to check for leaks if air stopped working again. Naturally it did. Took the van back. They lifted it up and sure enough there were 3 leaks in the line to the back and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and as soon as they got it in they called and I took it to them the next morning to replace the line. They got it done that day and when I picked it up and left I heard a noise that wasn't there before. So I called and they said bring it back in the morning and would take a look at it. When I got there Wayne took it for a ride came back lifted it up did what he had to, took it for another ride and came back. Parked by the door of the office came in, sat down and told me I was ready to go. Something wasn't tightened all the way so it was making the noise. We all know accidents happen. We are only human. He apologized repeatedly and gave me $20 back for my time and gas spent having to bring it back. I was floored. This has never happened to me before. Not even the dealerships care if they waste your time. They where very professional and polite. I would recommend them for service.”

I was never quoted a price,partly on me because I didn't ask,Tech wanted to debate why I wanted to change my 25 yr old muffler, kinda like I was dumb for wanting too.Tech wasn't disrespectful but needs to keep his opinions to himself.The new muffler produced the sound I wanted and reduced the popping from the cat delete.Just because my 25 ur old muffler didn't have holes doesn't mean its not broken down from age and its not designed to run w/o cat.
There's not alot of shops to choose from nearby our area.So I can only say you will pay top dollar here but the work is solid.The tech does decent work but needs to work on his verbal skills and maybe research his opinions before he tries to spew out info.
My good people ,A muffler isn't only bad when it has holes through it,do your own research instead of listening to a opinionated tech.”

“My husband took our Mercedes to him to put a fuel filter on. He was able to put it on but he also noticed what else was wrong with the fuel system on our car. He works on my mother-in-law's vehicle and the rest of my husband's family takes their cars to him. Rich does great work and he does the work right.
