“Was a great experience purchasing and driving up to get the car. It was also my dream spec too. Tim and everyone at the dealership were very kind and helpful. Tim made sure to get us situated with recommended places to stay and answering all the questions we had about the car (also any questions we had afterwards).

“I always have a great experience here! I’ve bought my tires there for both my cars for years, I’ve even taken the company i work for with van here to be serviced. Today I went here to have my tires checked and a leaking valve stem fixed about thirty minutes before they closed, they not only got my car in and done fast but they also didn’t charge me anything! Great place, and I will always recommend them and take my vehicles here. Definite 5 stars!”

“Absolutely love East Main Service Center. My husband and I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. We have 3 between us and he has worked on them all. If it has an issue, he will discuss it with you and allow you to purchase your own parts and he just charges labor! He always does exactly what he tells you he’s going to do and doesn’t charge you if he can’t figure out the issue or if it’s something different than he originally thought. “Yesterday we had an emergency situation!! We are from Johnson city and I was driving my family to Soaky Mountain. We went through an awful storm and my car started losing power. All of a sudden my engine light came on. I made it to the Morristown exit and pulled into Auto Zone. They ran a test and said it was a cylinder 1 misfire. I bought the cylinder coil and a spark plug. They told me several shops were located on that street. I passed 2 shops which were closed. Then I came across this shop on the right. I pulled in and saw Abel working on a mustang. I explained my situation and he went right to work on my car! He explained everything and was very kind! He reset everything and had me back on the road within 30 minutes. I asked him if I should go back home or continue with our trip. He suggested to keep going. We made it to soaky mountain and had a great time! Thank you for helping me and my family! “Robert is next level incredible. My now fiance and I got stranded on the highway in the dead of night on our way across country. He towed us back to his shop, got the car on a lift, and got it back up and running in no time flat. If it weren't for him we wouldn't have made it to our destination in time for me to propose. Can't promise you'll have as much luck as we did, but Robert was 90% of that luck. You know the saying in the service industry, about being good, fast, or cheap? And that you can only be two of the three? Robert, blew that out the window. More than fair price, in less than two hours, and a repair that made it halfway across country and back. Dude was a godsend. Thanks!!”
“The guy works mostly alone. He stays covered up and talks honestly with you about your situation. I like that He didn't just jump in tear it apart a show me some astronomical billl. I had a oxygen sensor bad and couldn't remove it, and he couldn't either without damage and further work to be done. He advised me on what to do and actually saved me more extensive repairs. I recommend them to everyone but be ready to wait, he's one guy and it could take a while. I've used this shop most of my 50 years driving and owning cars and trucks.”

“I wanted my transmission fluid drained and filled on my new Tacoma. It only had 12K miles and I wanted any possible contaminants removed from the initial driving period. The service writer reminded me that I didn’t need it done according to the service schedule in case I wanted to cancel. I appreciated that and told him why I wanted it done. According to the service schedule, it is not due until 60K miles. But for me it was cheap piece of mind. The service was done on time and so far things are good. Everyone there was courteous and professional and no hard upselling of additional service.”

“Came to Tennessee to visit family and my air went out after about a week being here. And the weather was hot as hades. Called Murray's, they said they could test the system and put dye in to check for leaks if air stopped working again. Naturally it did. Took the van back. They lifted it up and sure enough there were 3 leaks in the line to the back and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and as soon as they got it in they called and I took it to them the next morning to replace the line. They got it done that day and when I picked it up and left I heard a noise that wasn't there before. So I called and they said bring it back in the morning and would take a look at it. When I got there Wayne took it for a ride came back lifted it up did what he had to, took it for another ride and came back. Parked by the door of the office came in, sat down and told me I was ready to go. Something wasn't tightened all the way so it was making the noise. We all know accidents happen. We are only human. He apologized repeatedly and gave me $20 back for my time and gas spent having to bring it back. I was floored. This has never happened to me before. Not even the dealerships care if they waste your time. They where very professional and polite. I would recommend them for service.”
