“AC wasn't working for me. Called around and everyone told me it'd be about an hour and 75$ to diagnose the car. That means to recharge it and put dye in it. Additional time and money would then be spent searching for a leak and fixing it.Well, I was starting to get nervous bc I had a long trip ahead and couldn't spend all day running tests that may be inconclusive. Then I called this place and they offered to take a quick look at it.The honest people who work here only took only a few minutes with the vehicle to let me know what's wrong and only charged me 20$ for their services. They were even gonna put dye in it and recharge it for the trip, that way, I could make it home, and by that time, I'd know if there was a leak - see, they weren't trying to keep me if I could still make it home safe and on time. Sure enough, I just am not used to southern heat and should just stick to recirculating the air in my car. They didn't belittle me about it, either.Definitely recommend if you're looking for fast, affordable, and genuine service.”

“Came to Tennessee to visit family and my air went out after about a week being here. And the weather was hot as hades. Called Murray's, they said they could test the system and put dye in to check for leaks if air stopped working again. Naturally it did. Took the van back. They lifted it up and sure enough there were 3 leaks in the line to the back and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and as soon as they got it in they called and I took it to them the next morning to replace the line. They got it done that day and when I picked it up and left I heard a noise that wasn't there before. So I called and they said bring it back in the morning and would take a look at it. When I got there Wayne took it for a ride came back lifted it up did what he had to, took it for another ride and came back. Parked by the door of the office came in, sat down and told me I was ready to go. Something wasn't tightened all the way so it was making the noise. We all know accidents happen. We are only human. He apologized repeatedly and gave me $20 back for my time and gas spent having to bring it back. I was floored. This has never happened to me before. Not even the dealerships care if they waste your time. They where very professional and polite. I would recommend them for service.”

“This shop is amazing. Each person I spoke with, including Bobby, who I assume is the owner, was beyond gracious and helpful. This afternoon, I was in Morristown from Kingsport and started having car issues that required investigation before I drove home. Even though they were booked for the day, they fit me in within an hour, and then before closing, they were able to pinpoint and fix the issue (sloppy work from a shop that recently changed my brakes). I cannot thank Bobby and the team enough for their time and effort!”

“I've been dealing with a vibration issue on my big truck for quite a while. Finally put truck up on blocks and ran it up to speed, could see the driveshaft moving around a new carrier bearing. Took shafts out took them to James and John. New slip yoke, 2 universals and a bent main driveshaft. They straightened shaft, installed new parts..vibration is 100% GONE. I'm a happy man! Truck runs like new now.They keep.quality parts in stock and have very good prices! Thanks James and John.”

I had a car that had a short in it and it sit in my back yard for 2 years and I was just going to junk it figuring it was going to charge me a lot of money to fix it, so a friend of mine recommended Sonny, I took it out there and he found the short and had my car up and running in 2 days and he didn't charge me a lot of money to fix it, way under 180.00, and I really thought it would be more than that, plus he put a new hose on it.
