“I always have a great experience here! I’ve bought my tires there for both my cars for years, I’ve even taken the company i work for with van here to be serviced. Today I went here to have my tires checked and a leaking valve stem fixed about thirty minutes before they closed, they not only got my car in and done fast but they also didn’t charge me anything! Great place, and I will always recommend them and take my vehicles here. Definite 5 stars!”

But I’ve got to tell you the truth, and listen carefully, doing business with James and Thomas of Leonard Truck Outfitters has been a pleasure. I came in to the store with a complaint that my third brake light wasn’t working on my Lear camper sheel and they got on it and no time at all. If I can give them more than five stars I would. Again, I commend and highly recommend James and Thomas at the Morristown Tennessee location.”

“Good parts store and friendly staff. Only improvement recommend is employee parking. Not cool to park and take up 2 spaces daily because they are intentionally parking diagonally. Seems inconsiderate to the customers and especially right in front of the store.”

“I wanted my transmission fluid drained and filled on my new Tacoma. It only had 12K miles and I wanted any possible contaminants removed from the initial driving period. The service writer reminded me that I didn’t need it done according to the service schedule in case I wanted to cancel. I appreciated that and told him why I wanted it done. According to the service schedule, it is not due until 60K miles. But for me it was cheap piece of mind. The service was done on time and so far things are good. Everyone there was courteous and professional and no hard upselling of additional service.”
