“Love how they care about my business. Tracy is awesome. She is very helpful and always thinking about her clients. The tellers are so nice and friendly. I feel appreciated there. These days customer service seems to be a thing in the past, but at Home Trust I feel valued and they have never told me to go use the outside automated teller to do my business on, like other banks did. No matter what I need they are there to help me. I will stay a customer of Home Trust. I enjoy going in and seeing friendly, kind and helpful ladies. They deserve ten stars for going that extra step. <3”

“UPDATE today to 5 stars because Amanda the branch manager took time out of her busy day to call snd talk to me about this incident. She has made me feel so much better about going back there. She is going to make it a learning experience for her employees to think outside the box every now and again. It's not often that a manager will give you a call back. Most of the time they just don't care. But Amanda has made all the difference in the world. And I will be more than happy to continue doing business with them. Her phone call today was a wonderful experience And I felt like she really did care. And I feel as if from here on out any kind of assistance will be offered to those disabled. Thank you Amanda. You are one in a million and a very good asset to and for the company.YESTERDAY I gave 2 stars:I had to cash a check written to me by a member(I'm not a member but was seriously considering it but now I don't know. I have issues with my legs and how far o can walk before I collapse. I went through the drive-thru to cash the check and the guy working at the window told me I needed to come in. I told him I said I have a really hard time walking can you go ahead and cash it for me They have before and he said no we've done it before but you have to come in now. So I guess it don't matter if you can't hardly walk or if you're disabled and in a wheelchair. If you're not a member expect to be treated without respect. The lady that wrote the check to me is a long time member here so I really don't see what the issue is even if I'm not a member. Needless to say I'll probably never go back to that branch. There was no sense in how rude he was to me.”
“Here during system change over. We were not at all happy took us 1-2 weeks ro figure it out even with calling several times a week! Wrong phone on account??????”

“My in-laws were customers at this bank for many years. Last year, they both passed away within a couple of months of each other. The staff at this branch was amazing. Angel Soza and his bank manager, Leigh Ann Allen we're absolutely amazing in working with and assisting us in settling the accounts. We were staying in TN to care for my mother in law, but our home is in CT. They've worked with us remotely and have just been so wonderful to work with during such difficult times. The other bank employees are equally as amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about these wonderful people.”

“I am a long time account holder with US Bank. I applied for an auto loan online and through calling the 24 hour banking line. I did not get the customer service I am use to receiving. So I called this branch because it was the nearest branch that is open on Saturday. I had such a great customer service experience. Megan and Hope were great. Megan spoke with on the phone and got everything approved and ready before I came to the branch to save me from any duplicate trips. I went in when everything was ready, and she went over all the paperwork thoroughly. I was able to sign everything and got my way quickly. She took the time to answer all my questions over the phone before finalizing the loan and again in person before signing. She and Hope were both so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like a person and not just a number. I highly recommend either of them for your banking needs!!!”
“Best bank/credit union. I have had an account with. Usually go to the west end Morristown branch. They know you by name and some even remember your information and know what you are going to do before they ask.I usually ask for my balance when I arrive. Couple of them will say " Hey, you have $769 in checking" That's top notch in my opinionGreat Ladies”
“This branch is incredible. I just opened my account online and received a call just needing to send a picture of two utility bills to verify my address since I haven’t changed my ID. I already planned on going into the branch, so I offered to bring it with me, and the person notated my account for when I went into. The process went so smoothly, and Drew got me all taken care of. I also needed to deposit a larger amount check, and they were so kind to offer to waive the new account hold so I can access my funds immediately. Got a debit card printed on site, and was all set! It was a very quick and easy process. Everyone was so kind!”

I live in Washington and visit Morristown, Tennessee to see my mother and attend to her financial affairs. It can be confusing. Susan knows everyone and how to get things done. She has a really good head on her shoulders and a very big heart. Hard to find that combination especially at a bank! Makes me feel really good about First Tennesee.
