She reviewed our large order one item at a time to make sure it was what we needed. Everybody we have worked with at this location has been amazing and this is making our Home Building Experience the best. “I use Lowe's online a lot for smaller things. If it's in stock my order is usually ready in a couple of hours. Prices are decent and I don't have to walk through the store looking for stuff. Today I used curbside service. I also do in-store pickup. For smaller items they have lockers - you don't have to go to the service desk. They send you a code and you type it in. Voila, there's you stuff. When you do have to talk to someone they're usually very nice. I do shop in the store when I want to look at something before I buy it.”

“The associates at this location are top notch. We came in looking for a work bench that the website indicated the store had in stock but we couldn’t find it. A couple of associates tried to help but the bench was nowhere to be found. Finally my husband asked at the customer service desk and David went on an epic search for the bench. After quite a few minutes and several laps around the store on his part, he finally located them in an obscure location on a high up shelf. He wrangled it down and brought one out to us. He even brought the color I wanted. I greatly appreciate all the trouble he went to to find it for us. Several other associates offered to load it for us and kept us entertained while we waited for David. TLDR; your associates at this location are awesome.”

“Good products but the pricing isn't exactly "salvage" pricing. It's equal to (and is some cases more) than lowes and home depot. Don't expect to get a great deal here, not any better than the big box stores anyways. but that's not necessarily a bad thing, the biggest thing is the name is misleading... when I think "salvage" I think of something that has some light damage for 20-40% LESS than the big box stores... you don't get that here”
