“It's a large, well maintained, store with everything I needed. I would give them 5 stars but for one thing. I was visiting in town and wanted to get a few things for my family, so I was in a bit of a hurry. The first employee I approached was talking with another customer, not about store needs. I waited behind the other customer for a while, but they continued chit chat, so I sought out another employee. The second employee was very helpful and timely, and I was able to quickly find what I needed.”

We ordered semi-custom cabinets, and although there were hiccups and challenges, Jeremy and Josh went out of their way to keep us informed and get us our cabinets as quickly as possible. “Went in to get some Dewalt promotional items on sale. Asked a lady working checkout to get help in the main aisle. She immediately went overhead to ask for customer assistance at my location. Ten minutes went by. Two employees walked by me avoiding eye contact with no place to go as I seen they walked around clueless. Finally I asked the next man I seen, who happened to already be helping another customer if he could get me some help. After I explained I’ve been walked past multiple times. He stopped then and there. Opened the cage. Grabbed my item. And took it to the front for me while still helping the other customer. Ted was his name. You guys need more like Ted. And less clueless citizens who don’t want to work. Or assist customers. Thanks Ted for multi tasking and being happy to help. Even when you’re busy.”

“Harbor freight is the same anywhere I've gone in multiple states. Stores are clean and organized and usually plenty of product and even though prices are very low, there is quality merchandise On my most recent trip to the Morristown location I purchased a back pack sprayer that didn't even last a week. Unfortunately they don't do exchanges or refunds in the store for sprayers, you need to complete the purchase information on line and submit a request for either a refund on the original card you purchased with or a store credit. That was a little bothersome because I live about 45 minutes away.”
