“We had to make an emergency overnight due to auto repairs. This hotel and its staff are superb!!! They were quick to accommodate in the middle of the day and offer us a place to unwind after visiting the auto repair shop. Our room was gorgeous!! Still had the new hotel scent. King room was extra comfy and roomy. All amenities we needed were in our cocoon. The local staff went out of their way to help. Offer evening dining options, provide me with a bag of ice and ice pack for my medication once we got on the road. Their breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fruits, bread options, yogurt, juices, coffee bar and more! The multiple options to top my oatmeal were great. The breakfast host was delightful. Front desk personnel exceptional. The manager offered us a discount due to this emergency stop. Stay here……. This hotel is tops in our book. Will return for overnight stays back and forth from Florida to Pennsylvania.”

“The good thing about Hilton is it has a standard with a try to be better than the rest breakfast is never the best but everything else. I think they got under wraps shoot! I spend more time at hotels then I do at home anymore. Thank you Hilton for making travelers feel like they're in their own bed but stop lying. Y'all don't got no hot tub lol”

“Hotel was easily accessed from the highway. Not up to typical Best Western standards from our experience. Hotel was run down and had a damp feeling in the room. Pool was nice and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was well-supplied and tasty. OK for 1 night.”
“It was a spur of the moment stop due to car troubles. Very relaxing place. My room was comfortable and clean. Got a basic room and was surprised with a couch and nice room. Wasn’t expecting that. Great service.”
“Fills up on the weekend. Not close to the main part of town downtown Morristown but it's close to a cessing highway right into Knoxville.Traffic noise quiets down late in evenings after 11 pm. Housekeeping is very friendly they will get you fresh linen and are accommodating.”
“We've stayed there several times in the past 5 years. Inexpensive, comfortable, not luxurious, but it's a good location and value. Good solid sleep. I'll be back.”

“Excellent stay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Check in was fast and simple. Hallway had kinda of a lavender and mint smell that was pleasant. Room was nice and clean and spacious. Was a nice and quite stay with comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice and convenient and the little veggie omelets was delicious as was the rest of the breakfast. Will definitely add to my list of places to stay at again when I'm back in the area.”
