“I went to the store a few weeks ago just looking for internet and was told I have to be a customer, James was the gentleman who helped me btw. I kinda figured this was going to be the case, but I didn’t expect it to be so easy. Not only was the process simple but I got a free phone for switching. James went above and beyond setting everything up and making sure it worked. Then I hooked the internet up at home and immediately started having problems. Spoke to tech support numerous times was finally told to bring the box in cause it was damaged. Brought it in and talked to James again, he yet AGAIN did more than I expected and helped me get out of there as quickly as he could. He’s a great asset to that store. And since bringing the new box home I’ve had zero problems. I would definitely recommend Metro for services-even after what I went through.”
