After explaining I needed their largest rental for a college move (mine had broken down en route) Rhonda made sure to get the best option. Paid a little more since it’s not unlimited mileage. The gal (Tracy, I believe) who prepares and cleans the cars was lovely and gave me a ride back to body shop.”
