3:20am 5/30/24. CLOSED. No signs, just closed. Most lights off, one person inside. Not the only time I've been here and they're closed. They advertise being open 24 hours a day but they ARE NOT. Going across the street to Shell, which is always open. From now on I'll just go to Shell.

This gas station always seems to be randomly closed on the night shift. Someone in the parking lot told me the employee just goes home during shift, but tonight this sign was on the door. If the owner is aware of this they should change their hours on Google.

This location is the worst. The place is the quality it is because the employees are very over worked, underpaid, and under appreciated. 3 employees there everyday with ridiculous hours, I’ve been by early in the morning and late at night and the same employees are there. People don’t get treated like humans. The store owner needs to be in that store WORKING every day to help out if there is not enough employees. Or better yet get someone who can keep employees by treating people with respect. p.s don’t think that customers cant feel when employees are treated horribly by there higher ups.

2:55 parked car. 2:56 door locked. 3:03 took pic of note on door. 3:04 man finally unlocks door without apologizing. I placed my milk RIGHT IN FRONT of this guy at the counter. The guy keeps looking at his phone! After 30 seconds, I have to ask him "how much is it"! Guy finally puts phone down, without apologizing, and picks up milk to scan. He was high as a kite. HORRIBLE SERVICE. fyi: receipt says 2:49pm, instead of 3:08pm

as clean as any other and cleaner than most. good food, staff not overly friendly however, they were very busy at lunchtime. i will stop again when i’m thru this way.

I went to grab a coffee refill with my official 7-11 cup. The refill with my reusable cup is suppose to be a dollar. I specifically purchased the cup so i can get cheaper refills. The guy running the shop told me he isnt going to honor it because my cup is worn down.(havent seen this written down as a rule anywhere) I have been using the cup for a while so it makes sense the cup is not in mint condition but 7-11 is still suppose to honor it. The guy just had an attitude and didnt care. I simply walked out as service is subpar.
