I went to grab a coffee refill with my official 7-11 cup. The refill with my reusable cup is suppose to be a dollar. I specifically purchased the cup so i can get cheaper refills. The guy running the shop told me he isnt going to honor it because my cup is worn down.(havent seen this written down as a rule anywhere) I have been using the cup for a while so it makes sense the cup is not in mint condition but 7-11 is still suppose to honor it. The guy just had an attitude and didnt care. I simply walked out as service is subpar.

Went today and the selection was great. Also, there was a worker i believe his name was Simon and he was amazing. Very respectful and has a very good sense of humor.

Stopped in today for the opening day. Was impressed with the selection of items. I will be back to see what else there is to offer when I have more time to "window shop".

I work near by so I have to come to this particular store and everytime I do I'm always disappointed. The staff is loud ghetto and slow. The shift leader (just found out she was a shift leader) Kelly literally don't control her staff. The lines are always long and nothing is every stocked but they always got 6 cashiers behind the register. Ugh I wish there was either better staffing or another store I could go to while I'm at work because this location is horrible... the taco side and their staff is amazing tho!!!!

I live locally and Ive given this particular store the benefit of the doubt many times, yet they never fail do disappoint. Lets start with the coffee. Its actually not to bad, when they have it. 2 people behind the counter texting on their phones, but no coffee. Or no cream, or no lids, or no large cups. The area by and behind the cash registers looks like a five year olds bedroom, there is stuff everywhere, empty boxes, stacks of cigarette cartons on the floor, just a general mess. At no time have I gone in this store and not had to wait at the counter for the employee to get off the phone, finish texting, or just acknowledge the fact that someone was standing there. They best description I can give this store is Ghetto, and thats being kind. The company needs to train a manager who can ,in turn, train employees how to work in retail. This store is horrible

Went here for gas then I got parched so I needed a beverage. I walk inside to see lights flickering and the floor looked like someone s*** right on it and smeared it everywhere. I instantly turned tf around and filled up at the shell across the street. The manager of that store is awful.
