He communicates his findings to my clients in a manner they can understand. He debriefs my buyers for as long as they need at the house post-inspection. He's honest about the severity of problems. I'm a first time home buyer and Jerry is absolutely awesome!!! He found things wrong with the house I had a contract on. He saved me from making a HUGE mistake by NOT buying. I'm very appreciative of that. My mom dealt with him with me. She was blown away by how honest and through he was. He spent over 3 hours do my inspection AND he's very reasonable. I will definitely use him again and my mom plans to use him next year when she moves!!
