I went into this store on Saturday July 6 between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. I have been an ATT customer for better than 20 years. I have been in this store multiple times and always felt like my business was important. Today however was a different story. I was met by a Boom box sitting on the counter blasting music and 2 employees who did not seem to care that I was there. Yes one of them greeted me but I felt more like a bother than a customer. The music was so loud I could not hear what the person was attempting to tell me about my account. Sorry ATT, I went to Best Buy and they helped me to upgrade my phone.

Updated 7/6/24 Business asked me to reach out, even though i have contacted them several times. And was told basically nothing could be done. Also online support said they should have never offered to honor something they could not.
Basically don't come to this store. I called in to make sure they could honor a deal in store instead of online. Was assured they could and not im out of free product cause the store Basically mislead me to come in and do the deal. Report has been filed as well. Will be contacting ftc for false information

Benny is a pure rock star. Benny is not paid enough. Y’all should be very proud of him. I brought my angry farther in law. To help him out my father-in-law is hard to hear and he’s got a little bit of dementia and Benny treated him with kid gloves. Benny is a rockstar!!!

I walked in and was immediately assisted! First by Zane then Kiara. She patiently helped me with my new case, very kind! BTW one side of storefront appears they are not open, but they are! Thanks again Kiara for making this visit pleasurable!!!

Kennen was a great help. Nice store to work with.
Update: Kennedy had made a mistake, but I think it was also a mistake on the manager that day not to clarify some information for Kennen. We thought we were going to be able to get the 2 phones for free by swapping upgrade values, but it turned out wouldn't work for the phones we wanted. It still worked out ok overall

I had the pleasure of working with Vinny Helms today, and found him to be the consummate professional.
Not only did he help me with a problem I had on my iPad, but he did so in a pleasant and knowledgeable way, offering different solutions.
He is a wonderful asset to this ATT store.
