I had the pleasure of working with Vinny Helms today, and found him to be the consummate professional.Not only did he help me with a problem I had on my iPad, but he did so in a pleasant and knowledgeable way, offering different solutions.He is a wonderful asset to this ATT store.

Lied to at time of sale by sales person. When trying to follow up on the lie, the manager stated what were told was not true and said he wouldn't be doing anything about it.

Went in to try and upgrade my phone and was dismissed pretty quickly. There was only one other customer so they weren't busy. The man who "helped" me never introduced himself and wasn't wearing a name badge, but as soon as I told him what I was wanting he very quickly told me it wouldn't be possible. I knew my phone was paid off and able for an upgrade yet he told me no. I left, went and looked on my app and sure enough I was right. I would be a little more understanding if he was at least kind throughout the process, but instead I was treated like an idiot who doesn't know anything. It's not that hard to be nice to people.

Could not be happier with the helpful & welcoming service we received from Vinny! We had a really rough day & needed to activate a spare phone urgently. We came in 10 minutes before closing, something I would not usually do except for the situation we were in. I apologized several times to which he very kindly, smiled & assured us it was no problem. As a person who works on commission, I understand needing to sell products to earn money. He understood our situation & not once made us feel unimportant for bringing in an old phone. When we can purchase a new phone, we will come in & see Vinny. Thanks again for your exceptional service to a couple of people who needed & very much appreciated your kindness that night!

All around bad experience. Was told I was trying to commit fraud for getting my father’s military discount applied to our account. Went to my usual ATT store and they fixed issue in 5 mins. Usual store advised this location easily could have done the same. Hugely frustrating waste of time here. Manager was fine but helpless, staff calling me out for fraud… just ridiculous.

Sean at the AT&T store in Mt. Juliet was the best. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and really broke down everything my fiancé and I needed to know about starting our service there. Definitely recommend asking for him.

I could have gotten my phone serviced closer to home but I chose to drive to the mt Juliet office because of the great customer service they give there! That’s my go to place when I need any kind of serviceYou are greeted with a smile as you walk in the door and they are there to help you!

My wife works late and we couldn't get to the til 7:15pm. Vinny helped us upgrade and was very professional. Everything wS excellent.

I went to this CORPORATE store to get my wife switched onto my plan (also an AT&T customer), and they were absolutely no help. As soon as we walked through the door, we were met with attitude and treated like garbage, not a PAYING customer. While in the store, we called AT&T customer service who was saying "there is no reason this store should not be able to help you"... the store chose not to help. The manager refused to talk to the AT&T customer service rep, and refused to assist with a very simple task. If you choose to buy a phone here, please keep in mind you will be given no further help if anything else is needed. They just want the sale.

Fantastic staff here at this location. I had a Cricket plan but it was cheaper to just add a line to my wife's account so we stopped in. Their associate Kiara was incredibly helpful. Switching accounts was not as simple as we thought it would be but she walked us through everything and helped us get my new line set up. She even sent my wife information to help get a discount on her cellular plan. Grateful!

Customer service by Shawn was horrible. Seemed as if he didn’t want to help me and just made me and the whole experience uncomfy and not fun.

Customers were not helped in the order they arrived. Two customers were helped before us, when we were there first. Left and went to the AT&T in Mt. Juliet. Much better.
