Never had done bussiness here due to the poor reviews but saw that they had new ownership with positive reviews and I have to say I was not dissapointed. Outstanding customer service with new reliable and clean vehicles. Already scheduled my next rental later on this month, keep up the good work!

Michelle and Curtis were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind!! They made the process very easy and kindly and patiently answered all our questions. We would 200% recommended using the Avis service at the Mount Juliet TN location!!
