Will never do business with Belk again. I have shopped Belk for many years, even back when it was still Parisian. Spent a ton of money there for myself & family members, buying various items from clothing, to home goods, to gift cards. I purchased 2 bras that I tried on in the store, & the fit seemed good. However, upon wearing one of the bras, the fit was not as good as I thought initially, so I attempted to take both bras back for a refund, or even an exchange. I was upfront & honest that the one bra had been worn, but was accused of having worn both bras because there was a piece of lint on the one bra I never wore, but only tried on. If I was going to lie just to get cash, I would have said that neither bra had been worn. The one bra was still fastened just like it had been on the hanger. After thinking that the fit was good, I removed the tags off both bras, never thinking that I would be returning them. The fit was so bad though, I knew it was too bothersome to deal with. (I highly recommend NOT buying Maidenform bras, by the way). The worker was basically arguing with me that both bras had been worn, when I knew that only one had been, so basically calling me a liar. I may be a lot of things, but I am certainly NO liar, & definitely don't appreciate the accusation! If they didn't want to return the one that had been worn, then fine, whatever, but the one that hadn't been worn, there was no excuse for. I had the receipt, so it's not like I shoplifted them, but that's about how I was made to feel. They could have at least allowed me to get one bra, if not two, in a different size or something. That was $52.68 of wasted money that I don't have to just blow. That's a tank of gas, or money that could be used in the grocery store. Prices of everything are too high to waste money like that. If I had known that the tags couldn't be removed, then I never would have taken them off. Apparently the return policy needs to be more visible or something. I couldn't even find it on the app or the emailed receipt I had. It breaks my heart, because I love Belk, but I absolutely will not be back after the treatment I just received from the cashier as well as the manager.

We were able to finish most of our Xmas shopping at one stop. FYI, you can save quite a bit by downloading the Belk app. We saved over $60 without using or applying for a credit card.

Good store and customer service was very professional by letting me return a defective pair of jeans that I didnt have the receipt for!

All I can say is, if you don't know where or what clothes are, don't work at a department store in the clothing section. Worst customer service. Never coming back.

Went into the intimates dept to find some items but the handicapped fitting room was packed to the brim with storage items like shelves and racks. I liked one thing and wanted to know the price, but the price checkers were down and had to go to the register just to wait in line to ask what the actual price is since it wasn't listed with the barcode and then the item wasn't even on sale like the signs said.

Made a brief visit to Nashville and decided to stop in at Belk's to do some shopping before returning home. Purchased some items on sale and headed home. Will stop in next time I am here.

Prices are way too high for the quality of the clothing . Sneakers are being sold at much higher price than other dept stores.

The staff working was friendly. But hardly anything had prices listed on anything. I did not feel like carrying everything to the check just for a price.
