Just tried this place for the first time this last Saturday and can't say enough about the service and quality of work. I will definitely be coming back! I took in a picture that I got online and the result looked just like the picture! Very happy with my nails and toes and it was a great price.

This could be just me, but I thought $60 for a gel manicure that lasts for 2-3 weeks is rather expensive. I think they should list pricing on the website. I guess I could have called and asked as well. Also, I think I picked up a virus from there because that has been the only place I've been to for the past 2-3 days. The manicure itself is nice but I think I will be able to find a better/ cheaper place around here. Don't necessarily let my experience deter you, as I made some mistakes. But, I did want to share :)Service: Manicure

I found this place about 2 months ago. I am so impressed. I appreciate the individual attention and not a ton of customers in and out around me. It is calm and quiet and they remember who you are. I have been happy with each person that has done my nails also. Glad to have found them!!

I'm still in shock over my last experience there, but I think I just lost my favorite pedicure place. I hate writing this review because I typically love the service I get here. Unfortunately, they have one employee who is a far contrast from the rest. During my last pedicure, I had the most uncomfortable and unbelievable experience. Trigger warning: gross and cringe worthy experience.I had an appointment for 1:00pm and the pedicure didn’t start until 1:30pm (after I prompted them since I had to be somewhere by 3:00 that day). The lady who started my pedicure came out and was acting a little odd. She was staring at her gloved fingers and seemed to be lost in thought. No biggy, just a little odd. When she gets started, she begins by removing my old polish. She removes the paint off one foot, and reaches into the tub to nudge my other foot out of the water. She pulls her gloved hand up from the foot bath, stretches the glove open, and looks inside. She says to herself, “Hmmmm, now I gotta keep this on for a bit.” Then she continues to remove the paint from my second foot. That foot goes back in the tub, and she grabs some lotion and props the first foot up to be rubbed. She starts rubbing, and I can see through her glove that she has about a dime-sized open wound and blood trickling out of it! This immediately makes me uncomfortable for sanitary reasons, but it makes me extra uncomfortable because I’m also 9 months pregnant. I ask her, “Are you Ok? Are you bleeding?” She responds and says, ”A little bit. It’s like liquifying.” I have no idea what that even means, but it certainly did not give me the relaxing calm feeling that pedicures tend to do. I said, “Are you ok to do this?” She replies, “I’m ok. It hurts like hell but I’m ok.”I decide I’m not comfortable with this, and I hate confrontation but I finally just say, “Hey, I don’t think you should keep going with an open wound. You could get an infection and I’m extra cautious as I’m pregnant right now. I’ll come back another time and get this done.” Like I said, they were late starting my pedicure, and I assumed the best option for me was just to go ahead and leave. I figured that would be the end of the conversation, but to my surprise it wasn’t.Instead she continues to keep rubbing my foot, and simply says, “You’ll be fine.” I was like, what? She repeats, “You’ll be fine, you’ll be fine” multiple times (talking over me) while I continue to tell her that I’m not fine with this. So bizarre! She still has my foot in her hand and it’s awkward as can be. She argues with me and tells me that “it’s not infected or anything” and that she was bit by her dog. I’m completely thrown off by this interaction because she still has my foot in her hand, I can’t believe she’s arguing with me about continuing the pedicure.Another lady who works there raises her voice to the bloody-glove woman, and reinforces that I don’t feel comfortable. I still think I’m going to leave, but instead the other lady asks if I would be comfortable if the two of them switched and she continues my pedicure. I say I’m not sure if the other client will be comfortable with that either, but the other person doesn’t protest and they do end up switching. When they switch, the bloody-glove lady gets up and walks around the corner and I can hear her say, “Some people are so weird!” I’m sorry, WHAT?By far the most bizarre and uncomfortable (and gross) interaction I’ve ever had at a nail salon. That woman is a liability.Service: Pedicure

February 2023 by Shamona Wells
I started going here in 2018 due to a recommendation. I had good experience, prices was good, staff was friendly and it was nice and clean. Even each visit to come after that.I notice after the pandemic things started to change I had made an appointment twice prior to the pandemic and both times never was I started on in time like other regulars for some of the staff. I didn’t complain and even still tipped despite that. I had only scheduled because I noticed if you had an appointment you could get started on quicker verses a walk in. I stopped scheduling appointments after the second time because I found it to be pointless. What I have notice since 2021 is that whenever I go in now I’m being asked what am I getting and being turned away at the door instantly. I’m being asked can I come back in 2-3 hours because they have a group coming in in about 30-45 minutes. I’ve also been told after sitting down to get a pedi that due to not having enough workers I may not be able to get my manicure done because more people have walked in the door.I had stopped going for awhile and then decided I’d give it another try tonight because I really like Ali and she is one of the reasons I enjoy coming here because of how she treats her customers. After today I don’t think I will be going back and can take my money elsewhere. I walked in before 5pm (they close at 7pm) and Ben asks me what am I getting today and I say pedi and he advises me that I need an appointment, they couldn’t do it and I’d have to come back because they are full and don’t have the staff. I did see two other people waiting but this has become a regular thing again since 2021. My whole point is if y’all are only taking people by appointments now due to staffing issues then put a sign up and say that or post on your social media page so that customers such as myself (who may not be regular to some staff) will know. I thought it was rude to tell me I need an appointment when you just actually didn’t have enough workers or whatever.Other then that I would recommend people to come here because they do great work but treating people who may not be your regulars or some of the other staff regulars is very rude my opinion.

I took my two granddaughters five and two for pedicures spur the moment Ryan had canceled our outdoor plans.Everyone was absolutely welcoming and amazing with these two little ones. I was concerned the two year old that might not make it through but she usually wants to do anything her sister is doing. The staff was wonderful with both little girls patient and did a great job. My only recommendation would be that they actually add a child size chair but they adapted beautifully I’ll definitely be going for myself nowService: Pedicure
