I am new to Burn but I'm absolutely loving it. I joined because I have hit a plateau and my weight loss journey and I have several friends who go. I’m not usually someone whose been consistent with working out but this place has changed my perspective. This place is Amazing for introverts or beginners like me and honestly I’ve never been so consistent or eager to go and workout. This is an amazing place to get your workout and this is such a nice and non judgmental place. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.I’d recommend this place a 100%.

It is the right place for a real intense but easy to do workout with various exercises, and they are making a friendly community not just a Gym. They are very welcoming and very cheerful from the Administrations to the coaches.

Greatest workouts ever! Trainers are super motivating and motivated. Everyone works hard at their own level and pace. It is a 0 judgement zone. Love, love, love it

This is the first time I have ever done a boot camp and in honesty, I was scared to death! I have let my body go after the passing of my husband but thanks to my neighbor(s) that signed up and encouraged me to try it and to the trainers and other participants who “high 5”, tell me “You can do it” and “you’re doing great” makes me want to keep coming back!

This place is life changing! I was extremely nervous on my first day, but everyone there was so nice and welcoming. If you like surrounding yourself with positive, motivating, loving humans, come here! Also getting stronger everyday with the help of amazing trainers :)

I moved to the area 6 months ago and am SO mad at myself for not coming here 6 months ago!! I am beginner level (SUPER out of shape) and the coach AND the members were so encouraging! I look forward to the results. Definitely try it out for yourself!

Back in August, I started taking more interest in my overall health, including my fitness. I started working out at Burn MJ, and couldn't be happier I did! After doing their Commit to Fit program, I joined as a member. The supportive, encouraging environment is exactly what I was looking for. Every day is different, and I love the variety and the fact that we are always working different parts of the body. As someone who rarely saw the inside of a gym before this, I was nervous about starting, but my fears were quickly put to rest by the incredible staff and fellow members.

In a little over a years time, I have gone from someone who hated working out to someone who hates to MISS a workout. The desire to go is ALWAYS there. The workouts are insane (in the best way), the results are physically and emotionally noticeable, and the people you meet are even better! You won’t regret trying it for one minute! ?
