“Today, 2/1, I went to the car wash at about 10am. The gentleman who was at the kiosk was amazing. I had the worst morning. Someone (insane crazy lady) dumped her whole pink smoothie on my car in a fit of road rage. I had to get it washed off so I headed to MCW in MJ. This man not only saw how upset I was and sympathized but also told me if one wash wasn’t enough to come back through and he would get it off. I am so blown away at his compassion and kindness. He turned my entire day around. My only regret is not being able to name him but please management if you see this, he worked at 10am on 2/1. He deserves praise and a raise. ?”
“If you came here in the past, consider returning as the new management had really turned some things around. The wash does not always get 100% of the car clean some of the corners depending up on the vehicle, but they will gladly let you run through again and touch up with their brush before going through again. Plus, they have plenty of cleaning supplies to touch up any minor areas or finer detailing.”
