This pharmacy dispensed the wrong prescription and is now making me wait until the ‘manager’ is there on Monday. This is beyond unethical and unacceptable. Casey who is a tech there is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. None of the pharmacists would speak with me and Casey shouts and won’t let you speak. Definitely going to corporate about this.

I have been using this pharmacy for a year. Worst experiences in my life. Multiple problems...RUDE, a pharmacist loudly yelled my identifying information out and other customers were all around, argued with me about a prescription that I had known was called in by my specialty doctor, multiple times told me there were no prescriptions and had to ask them to look because I knew they were called in, on phone Multiple times I have called and told them thank you for helping me thank you for getting the medication thank you for finding it and they actually just hang up the phone and they don't even say GOODBYE. One time over a medication I had to get the area supervisor involved because the pharmacist was so rude and told me to leave the pharmacy and that I was not allowed to ever come back to get my medication. Not only did the area Pharmacist supervisor make sure I had my medication she actually had a pharmacist deliver it from another CVS location an hour away. What will it take to have CVS teach customer service appropriately to its pharmacy staff? Does anybody really think that we want to be there fighting for our medication?

The people who work here are rude. A lady hung up on me while I was explaining my situation to her. They never have my medicine ready when my doctor sends it in plenty of time for it to be filled and have zero compassion for the patient. I suffer with pain and my Lyrica is never ready when I need it. I always have to wait 24 to 48 hours after I have run out. They do not care and treat you as if you're an inconvenience to them. Switching back to Walgreens immediately.

Just sat on hold for an hour and no one answered... Don't tell me to call with any questions if you aren't going to answer. I have been in line and the employees let the phone ring the entire time I am there. People on the phones are customers too!!

Never been here before. Thought I'd try it with a new prescription. Lady with long wavy blondish hair & tattoos was abrupt and rude, no effort whatsoever to help me with my questions. Horrible service. No wonder the Google rating here is only 3.3.
Going to keep with Publix where they know what customer service is.
So disappointing that this pharmacy is associated with the Target brand.

Horrible customer service by the pharmacy. Pharmacist is not up to date on e-prescribe and associated regulations. Got everything done properly at Walgreens.

These people answer the phone and get right to it. The staff are quick and courteous. The pharmacists spend as much time as needed for understanding. And they all know how to plow through the evils of insurance. Great communication with doc offices. And they work on synchronizing script renewals, so there are fewer trips. We've left two pharmacies over bad service, one had questionable practices. The other always had long wait times with staff idling. The CVS staff will come from the back to keep the lines short. After about 6 years, this place has never given us cause to doubt.

Very limited staff all the time. Whenever I’m at this location, it took me about 15 to 20 minutes in the line waiting to pick my medicine.

Always a line of people past the isles takes 15 minutes to check one person out. Was standing in a pick up lane when 3 people skipped me from drop off. Waiting in the isles people are shopping in there needs to be a better more efficient system in place than waiting a hour to pick up one medication.
