Had a good experience living here, but they stole my deposit. Stated that they had to replace my carpet with ZERO evidence. Plus, I have had multiple friends say they have stolen their deposits as well. Wouldn't recommend it.RESPONSE TO CALLING ME A LIAR:Taking over a $1,000 of my deposit for something that was never proven is stealing in my eyes. I understand having a pet is a 'privilege', but I was told there would be pictures and proof of you needing to replace the carpet (since my eight year old dog is highly potty trained). However, I never received any proof. ALSO, I called Rochford Management to discuss my concerns, and it's funny that they stated having MANY complaints about Nikki not wanting to return deposits. If you took my deposit for something that was legitimate and proven, then I wouldn't have a problem. I was also present for the inspection, and the man said it looked "wonderful" and that "there shouldn't be any concerns." So yeah, I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here because you clearly have an issue with returning people's deposits.. I know what my apartment looked like upon moving out, and it was completely clean with ZERO pet smells. If you want people to give you good reviews, then be better.

Been living here for over 16 months and it’s a very comfortable community and safe. The maintenance is very responsive and helpful and the office staff has been nothing but kind and helpful on explaining issues that occur. My son also loves it here too with the multiple pools and playground and being just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants.

I love love love living at Deerfield at Providence! All of the staff are amazing and kind! Maintenance is quick to answer calls and the best part is there is only one pet fee at move in with very little if any breed restrictions. The amenities and property are well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property.

I’ve lived at Deerfield for 2 years and I can say it’s the best apartments I’ve experienced. Everyone from the management team, maintenance staff and neighbors have been extremely nice and welcoming. The community is dog friendly as well. Taking my dog for a walk is relaxing, as the apartment complex is quiet and clean. The office staff is always responsive and maintenance request are completed within a day or 2. I highly recommend moving here! I hope to stay for awhile. It feels like home!

Don't move here if you have a dog there dog fee can range from 300 to over 600. There dog park is 80 percent mud. And there are 3 Karens that live here waiting to cause trouble because they have nothing better else to do. 2000 for a small apartment with a big balcony is over rated. The management will find you with no warning. Mt Juliet is beautiful right next store is LC please check them out to avoid further drama

Not Cool Joy. Charging me for carpet installation, 2 light bulbs (which should be a maintenance issue) and saying it was a dirty place. Poor business practice on the establishments part. I’ll pay the petty trash fee, but the rest we can settle in civil court.

We spoke with the office About staying there until we move into our home we were told that when it was time to move we would not have a problem but when that time came it was lies lies! On the phone they told us all we needed to give was a 30 day notice And also put it in writing we did both, but that was not true. We had to pay for two months before they will let us out of the lease. The lady I spoke to said that we were doing a short term lease. All lies.. They were super super nice on the phone but turned out to be vipers. We were on the second floor and could not get any sleep because of the person on the third floor above us. Every morning we would be awakened by bumping like a bed moving similar to bumping, if you know what I mean!!! and hard walking as though someone was 400 pds or more. I reported it to the office and even had an officer come. He also heard the noise but said according to Management that would not be loud enough. "Unbelievable " It would startle our babies so bad they would wake up crying and this happened every morning at 5:45 AM. Also In the eve at bed time hard walking would be heard and they had a kid jumping on a trampoline above!!!!! Do yourself a favor search hard for a place that presents and is known for promoting a peaceful stay..

This is a very bad community management. My family and I moved out of Deerfield at Providence a Rochford Community October 2021.and On June 14, 2022, I received a statement of account stating I had in fact moved out April 2022. This is incorrect information. Per the statement of account, I am responsible for the charges total $1366.When I moved out in October 2021, I was provided a list of move out fees that I agreed to and signed for under $400.00.They try to get money for no reason.I’m not recommending this place to anyone to live in they’re the worst.

I toured this community in December 2021 specifically the 2b2b Percy model which was 1200+ sq ft. The apartments are nice and clean, they have a lot of windows and natural light. The closet and storage space is large. The units are built in 2014 so they are relatively newer and nicer than the community across the street. I spoke to some residents in the community and they say they have loved staying there for 3+ years and the community was very calm and quiet. My review is specific to the Percy model.Pros:- Large rooms, large kitchen, large closet spaces, large patio- Granite countertops in kitchen- There is a public walking/running/biking trail next to the community- The community is very accessible to Kroger and other stores in Providence mall- Their units are much better, larger and well maintained compared to Providence Trail Apts across the street.- They offer flexibility in lease options for the same quoted base price for any lease duration 9-18 months and base rent+$50 for 6 month or shorter lease.Cons:- If you are working in downtown Nashville then the commute at certain times can be 35+ mins one way from this location!- The price quoted on their website for Percy 2b2b in Dec 2021 was $1629-$1699/mo, but when I went to speak to them they quoted me a price of $1749. I asked them to honor the rate on website but they did not, so I did not take the apartment.- Parking can be a bit of a hazzle as they had limited parking spots around the unit. At 11 AM on a weekday there was only 1 or 2 parking spot open around the building I toured out of 12-15 spots.- Some units can be very far away from the stairs which is not very convenient especially when you want to do multiple trips to your car which maybe also parked far away due to the previous point.Other points (could be pro or con depending on you):- Lot of dog owners in the community- Speaking to the leasing agent, utilities like water, sewer and trash (no valet) could run to $85.- The community does not have Smart Home package which many other luxury apartments do seem to provide now-a-days.- The community is gated and can be accessed with a card- The units are designed in such a way that the patio opens up to other resident's patio. So that's going to be your view!In my personal opinion this community is better than one across the street, if you are conflicted between the two go with this one.

I've been a tenant at Deerfield for 2 years and it has been a good place to live. The proximity to everything is amazing and makes it nice to be able to make a quick run for something/anything really. The staff is super nice and has been very helpful. They really care about their facility and want everyone to have a nice place to live so they are strict which is very understandable and it's not very hard to comply. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is the thickness of the walls/ceilings. My first year here I had to deal with a neighbor who like to play his music loudly but the response from the staff was great. It didn't stop until he moved but they made attempts. My last 3-4 months here I had to deal with a neighbor above me who walks loud but nothing can be done about it and I dealt with it. Overall this is a great place and I have no issues recommending it to others.

I have lived at Deerfield for two years and moved today because I purchased a home, or I would still be there. Truly, the best employees! They really care about any needs you may have. They also cared about how my dogs were doing. Whenever I sent an email or called, I quickly got a response. My apartment was perfect for me. Thank you Team Deerfield! I highly recommend this apartment community to live at if you are searching for a place in Mt. Juliet.
