Went there at 5pm today all of the lights are in but doors are locked. No one answers the phone and they’re open until 8pm today. Horrible

Tell me you don’t care about your customers without telling me—If you aren’t able to staff the store at particular time of day, either adjust your hours temporarily or permanently, or CLOSE. It’s not complicated. But it is ridiculous when customers travel to a business after checking their hours on the website, only to discover a sign on the door at 8pm—2 hours BEFORE the store is scheduled to close—saying they closed until the next day due to staff issues?! All comes down to a total complete lack of care for your customers. Won’t be back to Dollar General.

Went into store on 4th of July . Cashier playing on her phone at the register. Stood there for three seconds why she tapped on her phone( black girl) . Walked right out left items at register. Other lady had her child at register . Wow

Every time I go the store is closed during normal hours. I'm not sure if they staff are just short/lazy, but more than once this happened and there are people inside on the clock.

New hours posted on door as of Tuesday, June 21, 2022. Door was locked at 1pm. New hours posted on door are 8-12 & then 7pm -10pm. What?!! Closed everyday from 12-7pm?! Crazy!! Why?

Previously worked there, and when Mrs. Keta and Anna were managers the store ran better and we always had a great time, and work was always done, and had regular faces that knew all of us and would come in just to visit and help us laugh. The new manager and assistant manager are horrible and can't run the store correctly. The manager is rude as ever. The assistant manager sleeps in her car during breaks and never and never wants to be a cashier she always hides in the aisles or bathroom. I hope this place shuts down. Wish they had done it with our team when we had to clean up after the flood. This store is a joke now.

The place was clean but sometimes overpriced. Staff was nice and I never really went when they were short staffed. Good store overall but if your on a tight budget, don't come here!

Lady with a panthers Hoodie on working behind counter was not wearing her mask. Yes she had it on but pulled down where her nose and mouth were exposed. This is exactly why we can't control this pandemic
