Scammers they charged me 23$ at the pump for a 8$ transaction. this is the 2nd time last year they charged me 100$ for 35$ transaction at the pump.
When I ask them about it they said they can’t do nothing about it and speak to customer service
Never doing business with this place again.

Good Experience on a Rainy Day. 12 out of 10! 5/5 on everything. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable too. When I had rude service across the way, I waited at this 711. I tell you this: whoever is managing this place should be running the company. No cap, no lie, no doubt. Best experience in the last 4 months and 15k miles driven. Thank you for everything, yall. My dog said thanks for the ice cubes (even while yall wait for your fountain machine to get fixed)
Coolers look awesome, friendly to every traveler. Yall. Stop playing and go to this store!

Management would do well reviewing security footage. Stopped by earlier this afternoon to fill up before entering the store for a receipt. I stood at the register for 3 minutes while the store was unattended. The buzzer sounded when I entered but the sole employee was at the corner office playing on her phone totally oblivious. I called out several times but no response. Only after I finally gave up and proceeded to exit to did the employee hear the buzzer and called out as she came out to the register. When I explained I’d been waiting for the 3 minutes and the store was unattended the employee lied and stated she was “restocking.” Not a very bright given the corner office has a clear screen through the door.

The service here was horrible. The lady was at the front was on a FaceTime call and I waited for 2 minutes before she started ringing me up. She then proceeded to hand me her phone and say the person wanted to talk to me. I assumed it was her partner because he proceeded to call her crazy and say that he didn’t ask to speak to me. They proceeded to make plans to hang out and She then took another 3 minutes ringing me out and then when I was leaving said he wanted my number. I am not the punch to anyone’s jokes and it was very unprofessional.

I would come here all the time for gas being convenient, good gas, and mostly a good price. Lately half the pumps don’t work or have so little gas in them in takes 10 mins to get 5 gallons. No one cares enough to put a bag over the handles so it’s trial and error for each pump or go across the street. Won’t waste my time anymore here.
