Chase Baker has been extremely helpful on some insurance needs for me. I have also sent some of my clients to him for their Homeowners Insurance needs as well. Some insurance companies have taken an awful direction in the last few years. Chase Baker and Farm Bureau are one of the few good people/companies out there. Chase and his staff at Farm Bureau in Mt. Juliet, TN. were very friendly and helpful. I called one morning to get a quote for an auto policy and Chase returned my call the same day with a quote for auto insurance. He was able to save me some money on my policy as well. Chase was great! I asked for a quote for home, auto, motorcycle and umbrella. He delivered that quote at great rates and had the patience to wait on me well over a month as I dealt with some items with my previous insurance. He made the process seamless and stress free. My family and I just recently became customers with Farm Bureau in Mount Juliet With Chase Baker. My family and I have been Farm Bureau members/customers for about 20 years. We currently have multiple types of policies with them, and are more than happy with the rates and the service received. Chase Baker in the Providence Mt. Juliet location has been our agent for several years now, and is always available to help and answer questions. We have had to file two auto claims, and everyone we worked with was professional, quick to respond, and accommodating to my schedule. I have and will continue to recommend Farm Bureau and Chase specifically for all of your insurance needs.

Farm Bureau has been great so far. When calling for quotes we spoke with Chase. He was very helpful and didn’t mind to answer any questions! Also the lowest rate out of the 4 different insurance companies that we spoke with!
