Horrible experience with Fedex. Package was supposed to be delivered requiring signature. I canceled a Doctor's appointment to stay home all day. When no package arrived I got notice that attempt was made and no one home. THIS WAS A LIE. When speaking to a FedEx representative he asked if a door tag was left. No tag on the door. Found out later driver left tag at mailbox 250 feet away. Driver never came to door 250 feet away!!! Now I am supposed to stay home another day and wait. FedEx delivery out of Mt Juliet TN hub are crap.

Fedex attitude to customers is screw you we will treat you like trash and you must accept it. Lied about delivery time. Virtual assistant is inept - doesn't know that 3pm is after 11:20 am and won't provide any information I am requesting. Called the number they say is for complaints but that AI is just as ignorant and inept and refuses to get you to a person. After 4 calls to them and a receiving 1 call back where nobody answered, I received a survey. Survey asked if the rep was able to help. The rep never took me off hold, so never got any assistance.

This FedEx is saying they couldn’t find my street name and can’t deliver my package until it’s fixed. Never mind that if you type the address in on Google Maps it takes you DIRECTLY to it. I tried calling their customer service. Their AI bot was terrible. It didn’t understand the issue and continually hung up on me. I had to call 8 times to be connected to an actual person. Once I finally got connected, they were eager to end the call and told me there was nothing they could do, and only the shipper (Home Depot) can update the address. They managed to make an incredibly easy process difficult and unbearable. Don’t use them if you can avoid it.

The delivery person tossed my package instead of handling it properly. As a result, the product was broken when I opened it. Very poor delivery experience.

Somehow my package did not get delivered to my UPS post box. I found out later the error was created by the person who shipped the package. It had nothing to do with FedEx. This was a time sensitive Aeration system for fish that are in a pond in dire need of circulation. The Aeration system was scheduled to be delivered today when my company had blocked the time off to make sure we got it installed as soon as it was delivered.
Thankfully, Deborah from the FedEx team reached out! She was super helpful and went the extra mile to locate my package on the truck after it arrived back to the FedEx hub. She called me once she had her hands on it and told me where to meet her on the FedEx grounds. She brought the packages out in a golf cart and saved the day! It was a major bummer for my package to not be delivered on time. But it was a major blessing that Deborah was able to resolve my issues working with me.
Deborah’s workaround gets five stars, but the fact that my package didn’t just go the normal channels was quite inconvenient. I can’t say thanks enough to her and her extremely helpful actions today!

Even though customer area was under construction there were clear instructions on number to call and they brought out packages fast on a golf cart to my car. Staff were very nice and helpful

they stealing packages!!!!!!!! they refuse to deliver packages correctly and do whatever!!! i live in a complex with simple call box to enter. all you have yo do is type my name in to enter ! they so lazy it's disgusting atp . they gave my daughter tablet to a random person instead of delivering it to my door !! and i have a ring camera. never came to my door !! they also leave packages outside for anyone to grab ! they need to be investigated at this point ! our office manager has even gotten on to them ! it's ridiculous and when they do decide to come in the building, they will just sit the package in the lobby when they have been instructed by management to take it to our doors . we have elevators for cris sakes , if that's not lazy and trifling idk what is ! my last two deliveries was from a martin and Josyiah incompetent workers! Josyiah gave my kid tablet to a random person and said they signed for it ! but made no attempt to bring it to my unit number ! it's a stealing scheme at this point . other residents have filed police reports because it's happening way to often. i absolutely hate ordering something and seeing FEDEX as the carrier when my order ships out ! and they are the only carrier i have issues with . management is doing nothing about these workers!! they literally don't care, and it's my money they playing with !!

After FedEx putting me off for 2 days I took my time gas n miles to go to FedEx n Mt Juliet TN to pick up my item on 3rd day n it was a hassle at that n it's marked as delivered they never delivered it what a joke.

Deborah at Mt. Juliet FedEx is a hero in a purple shirt! She went out of her way to make sure my package made it all the way to me at my new home address after the shipper sent it to an older residence. She was pleasant to work with and very understanding of my situation and the system. We could use more Deborahs in the world!

They have not attempted to deliver my package at all tomorrow is day 3!! What kind of customer service is this people pay for these packages to be delivered this is how these drivers and managers are getting their paychecks . This is the last time I buy anything shipped from FedEx. No attempt of delivery at ALL! THAT MEANS YOUR HOLDING MY PACKAGE FOR NO REASON AND ITS THE CUSTOMERS PROPERTY!!! get it together or you won't have a paycheck long because people will stop shipping and using you when they have plenty of options!!!

I cannot shed enough praise on Deborah in the Mt. Juliet, TN office of FedEx Ground.
I ordered a baby shower gift for my daughter on another website and discovered the ship to address was incorrect. Like so many retail websites today customer service is frequently lacking, including the one I had ordered from as they would not change the “ship to” address.
Deborah called me a couple of days after I had ordered the product and it had arrived in TN and was now her responsibility. She knew the “ship to” address was incorrect and the phone call was a courtesy call to correct the matter. She was happy to have the gift re-routed 2000 miles to arrive at my daughter’s home.
The gift arrived last night! Thank you so much Deborah as you were wonderful to work with - professional and caring! FedEx is lucky to have someone like you taking care of customers.

I have 4 different packages and I only received 2 of the 4.They marked delivered on all 4 packages,I don’t like how they can put delivered on the package and it’s not delivered,Amazon takes photos of the package when they deliver it. I am so aggravated at FEDEX concerning my package I spent a lot of money on what I ordered.U got to do better FEDEX

Never On time. Package is always late. How can it be on the truck out for delivery all the time but still scheduled for the next day. This is why UPS will always be better
