This was a very smooth process, very friendly interaction with advisors and very convenient that you are tied to Tire Rack for delivery of tires so that I did not have to haul them in. Great all around!

The guys at this branch are awesome and efficient. I had an issue with two other Firestone shops in Hendersonville and Lebanon and decided to call them they got me scheduled in quick and took care of the issue. Other shops need to learn from this one. I’ll be coming back to this one. Well worth the extra 10 minute drive to come to them instead. Thanks!

I set appt with Firestone. I was out by 9:45. After having tire replaced at collision repair center realized tire no itir system was not reprogrammed. Did not want to wait a week for collision ctr so made appt with Firestone and they reprogrammed it and no charge.

Needed help with a flat and came home with no repair due to lack of customer service and genuine care for a customer at all, the usual try to upsell and not thinking on the longevity of the customer and future purchases .
I went at this location because it was an emergency but will NEVER go back .
Other current Firestone store I usually go to is way better and more in stock selection on tire at better price and customer service is top notch ( Gallatin )

The guys are very nice and informative. The place is very clean and inviting. The building is close to a McDonald’s restaurant. I didn’t have an appointment My car was done in under 2 hours. The Firestone is hard to find. There needs to be a sign closer to the road.

I had an unexpected leak in my tire due to a nail. I called the store around 4 and TJ was quick to tell me if I was able to bring my car asap they could get it fixed within 45minutes and they did! Very appreciative that they were able to get me in within an hour and have my tire patched and back on my vehicle!

Slow, slow, and slower. 5 hours waiting on oil change, care inspect, rotate 2.5 hours, and then rear shocks 2.5 hours . Always try to upsell something. Front office staff (young female) albeit new, just plain rude. She obviously didn't want to be there. It took her 30 minutes to pick up the completed work order from the service bay, then worked on it for another 10 minutes, still incomplete when Chris ( manager) called her back to reassign her to something else, so he had to take over and finish it and work the phones and the whole front office. Chris did apologize profusely, and gave me a bit of a a discount, but still, all in all unacceptable. I only go there because I bought my tires there and have lifetime alignment. I've been using them for probably 20 years, but not anymore, because it's always something like this. I don't have time for this.

The desk gentleman went out of his way to go locate the right tires for my car, done within an hour after online booking.

Pretty expensive. I had new tires put on my trailer. It was pricey but convenient. The staff are very nice and professional. Vincent is great. It's just very expensive, comparatively.

1.- They told me that it would take an average of 1 hour or 1.5 hours and they delivered it to me after 4 hours. I work for Uber and time costs. 2.- There is no bilingual staff and they do not offer a comment on how the requested service turned out. and they do not give any written guarantee of the service provided. Thank you.

I had a battery replacement done here, both the service and the price were really good. It only cost me a small upcharge to get the battery fitted, as it was deep inside the trunk and not easy to get to. I was in and out much quicker than they estimated. Only one small issue, they don't accept payment by phone, but I had a backup card in the car.
