I came in for an oil change. I know that your sales people are taught to "upsale" other car maintenance services. So I got the brake fluid flushed and an alignment. You guys sell great tires ( I've bought them in the past for newer vehicles I've owned). But I think your tires are too expensive for an older SUV ( nearly 170000 miles on mine.) So I will look online for cheaper tires that will only last 40000 miles or so because I will probably sell my SUV when it reaches 200000 miles. Thank you for the quick and courteous service for the servicing that was taken care of today.

I have an issue every time I come to the Mt. Juliet location. They forgot to rotate my tires so I had to take it back. They forget my sticker every time so I'm never sure when I need my oil changed. I'm waiting in line today as no one bothers to look up & acknowledge I'm waiting. A lady walks in behind me & a guy comes from the back & helps her. Bypasses me. When I spoke up, Ethan looked at me and rolled his eyes. I had to set my keys on the counter and tell him I was here for an appointment. I called him out for his rude behavior. I'm sitting here waiting. I can hear them in the back laughing. I'm not confident that my car will be fixed correctly and in a timely fashion.

My husband dropped his truck off yesterday which was December 1st for an appointment at 1:00. We were told it would take about an hour and a half to perform the alignment, so we left to go run errands. We got back about a quarter to 3:00. However my husband's truck was never moved and nothing had been done. Andy told my husband he could go ahead and have it done in about 25 minutes. After my husband expressed some frustration, Andy took the truck pulled it into the bay pulled it back out, handed my husband the keys all within less than 10 minutes; then proceeded to tell my husband that his alignment was finished. My issue is you've paid for a service that was clearly not done! If there is anyone out there who can tell me that a front end alignment can be done in under 10 minutes, then please respond to this post. However to verify on my own, I called multiple car shops around the area to ask if they could do a front end alignment as fast as they possibly could how long would it take them and their response was 25 to 30 minutes. Then I proceeded to ask "is there any way a front end alignment can be done in less than 10 minutes? is that a feasible time?", their response was absolutely not. Andy blatantly lied to us, then continued to lie. When I finally told him I was going to report it to corporate office, post it on Google review, and also contact the better business bureau, and file a small claims suit against the company for services paid for and not rendered. He stated well we can always take a look at it again to make sure it was done right. Andy you know you never touched it and you lied about it! Take heed; do not take your vehicle to the Firestone in Mount Juliet. One thing you don't mess around with is people's vehicles when they're trying to stay safe on the road! This is completely unacceptable and from this patron it will not be tolerated! You have no right to cheat your customers out of services they paid for and put them in danger in the road!

Did not tighten the lug nuts on my front right tire. My lug nuts shot off and 3/6 of my studs sheared completely off while approaching the 40/24 split on I40W into Nashville. Thankfully, with 3 tires still on the vehicle and only going 55 miles per hour, I was able to coast it onto the shoulder. Not sure how your workers could be this incompetent but I hope you go out of business for gross negligence.I cannot imagine what could have happened if I had been going 70-80 miles per hour, or if the fender hadn't fallen onto the tire, and the tire had shot off into (oncoming) traffic.EDIT 11.20.23:Don't be fooled by the response. Reached out to Firestone and provided evidence for my claim only to be blown off immediately and disregarded by Firestone because the conclusion provided by their "third party" inspection company. Inspector trying to claim that this was the result of hitting a pothole. I believe that the force required to shear three studs would have destroyed the whole front end of my vehicle. Trying to dispute the claim but they are slow-walking the whole process. This company does not care about you.

My appointment at 5p was scheduled and confirmed online since 2p. No one from the store called or contacted me until I arrived to get my car service done. Upon my arrival, the receptionist checked and found my appointment then said "I just saw it right now". Definitely, this is careless and disrespect to people's time. What he was wanting for to check appointment requests. Responses need to be delivered before people arrive at least.Definitely not a good experience and never will go back.

Not professional, I reserved an appointment for tire service 10 days in advance . I called the day before to confirm that am all good to go with the appointment. Guess what, I go there and they make me wait an hour and a half for them to drive my car in and get the service done. I asked a few times why did I even get the appointment and they said it's to make sure that we'll get you in that day!!!!

I’ll try and keep this short, but I usually always get my oil changed at the Firestone in Hermitage and not the Mt. Juliet location, but I didn’t really receive the greatest service at the Hermitage location. I’m not bashing the Hermitage location, it wasn’t terrible, but I just didn’t get that sense of being taken care of when it came to my vehicle needs. Anyways, I had some front brake work done on my vehicle at the Hermitage location and they didn’t quite do something correctly… Ultimately my brake caliper came off of my rotor and absolutely smashed through my rim leaving a huge hole and all of the air escaped from my tire through the rim while I was going 60 MPH. Not a fun time at all, so I had my vehicle towed to the Mt. Juliet Firestone and shoutout to Chris, Juan, and the rest of the Mt. Juliet team for taking super great care of me. They set me up with a rental vehicle as they were waiting for a new rim to come in. They reimbursed me for the brake work done at the Hermitage location. They went ahead and did the repairs that were needed for free. They even went as far as reimbursing me for the Uber rides that I had to take the few days I was waiting on the rental vehicle. All in all, it was an amazing experience and I truly felt taken care of and in great hands. Thank you so much!Service: Brake service & repair

This is the most UNBUSY Firestone ive ever been to. There was a whole 3 hours till they closed. I asked them for a quick patch on my tire. I didn't have time to do it myself considering I was on the way to work. Lazy and trash

Quick appointment. Up front pricing. Quick repairs. Mechanic came in to explain things and gave recommendations without pushing for sales.
