Long time member. MJ location has all the equipment you would need. Wondering what happened to the sports networks on the TVs though… Between sets *most* people enjoy seeing sports highlights. If it’s a $ issue, raise our memberships $1 each please!?

Would not end membership with out literally coming inside to fill out paperwork when I was moving out of state. Never went there, small and dirty

Fitness 1440 is a great gym that has lots of equipment, it’s kept clean and orderly, and the staff are immensely helpful, encouraging, and lovely. The layout of the equipment is smart and with enough room to not crowd others.

I have been pleased with 1440 as my gym. I enjoy the fact that the temperature is cooler than most gyms and it is consistently so. The gym is clean and most of the time the weights are racked. It is the best 24 hour gym i have used in wilson county. I did have a negative beginning though. Iinitially i was quoted a price for a month to see how i would like the gym and how much it would be monthly if i joined. When i went to join i was given a totally different amount. We discussed this with duane and he got us all set up. I do wish the gym had a decline bench. I tried to use the benches for situps one day and they are very wobbly. One could not be adjusted. One suggestion would be to move the dumbbell rack away from the squat rack in the front carpeted area. I always feel like I'm in the way when someone is i using the squat rack. This gym has a variety of cardio equipment including a jacobs ladder. That is a plus. I would like a free weight calf machine. Overall i would recommend this gym.

We have had a great experience at 1440! The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a variety of machines/free weights to meet the needs of everyone. It’s an excellent workout facility.

At first I wasn't sure about the place. MrWill told us $19.99 to try it out. I came to pay and Mrs. Callie said it was $44.99. After the month we talked with Mr. Dewayne and he gave us a good deal of $24.99 a month. I'm so thankful they are 24/7 nice and cool and clean. It it the first gym where I have not seen free weight calf machine or a decline bench. But they do have a hack squat I guess most people don't train their legs like they should. I hope to see them get more equipment I'm the futureCome try them I think you will be pleased.

I've been a member of Fitness 1440 in Mt Juliet for over a year. The facility is always clean. The employees are nice and professional and the gym is never overcrowded. I go there 3 times a week!!!

The Mt. Juliet 1440 is really good! I have only one real con, which is that there are only two squat racks (and 1 extra outside, but it’s very old and wobbles, not great). For the most part, you don’t have to wait too long for the racks, but occasionally you will. Otherwise, very friendly staff, and the other patrons are friendly as well. For a gym that isn’t Planet Fitness, it really does need more squat racks for traditional weightlifters. It’s for that reason alone I give it a 4/5 instead of a 5/5. Overall, I had a great experience! I only left because I moved.

At the time I applied for part-time employment at Fitness 1440, gyms were reopening from the Covid-19 quarantine. I had been working as a full-time substitute teacher, but subs were not essential during the online-instructional reopening phase. As a Fitness 1440 member, I was already enjoying the training programs and interacting with amateur and competitive athletes. The person who interviewed me for employment was the CEO and whom later became a trusting friend. Both the owner, Dwayne Hampton, and the CEO, Calley Hewitt, deeply value their employees and encourage healthy collaborative teamwork. I chose to continue working at the gym on the weekends once my school returned to in-person instruction. The benefits of working at Fitness 1440 has been crucial in helping me improve my mental and physical stamina. I continue to enjoy the friendly environment and comradery with staff and members. It is a great place for employees to shine in their individual executive function skills. Collectively we have proudly contributed to the quality of service at Fitness 1440.

I have been a member here since it opened! I love it here, it’s 10 minutes from my house. I take the spin class with Marcia every Tuesday and Thursday at 530 am, & her weights class at 6am. Great community with our morning spin crowd, we even have a text thread called “sassy spinners” ?♀️ The tanning bed & massage chairs are also a nice addition ???? Have showered here and would shower again!

The gym is clean, staff is nice. However, when we joined there were several classes so we paid the extra to have unlimited classes... Now there is one half hour evening class. Very disappointing. So if you're ok with using gym only it's good. If you're joining for classes, steer clear.

The volume of members have improved since my last rating, but the flow of the gym still does not make sense. One cable machine for the entire gym, and all the machines face each other. While you're squatting you have a machine that is within two feet of you with someone looking right at you during sets. I will say though, the staffs friendliness and the cleanliness are top notch. Just hoping soon they change the direction of most of the machines and get another cable machine!

Ive been working out here for a year and then I was banned out of the blue. This gym is turning into a planet fitness environment. Very strict rules. Basically what happened is I got banned including a bunch of my friends for taking our shirts off. I’ve been doing this in the gym a lot but now they say something and not even give me a warning. Not friendly to young people. Staff is okay but management is horrendous. Prices are absurd compared to other places and they don’t have a lot to offer unless you pay the big bucks. Convenience is the only thing this gym offers in Mt. Juliet. Do not recommend unless you abide by every rule and want to be treated like a dog.

This gym was fine until I needed to cancel my membership for personal reasons. I go in and they have me fill out some form just to tell me someone is going to contact me. The next day I get a text from what I’m assuming is the owner telling me I essentially have to pay for 6 months to cancel to which I reply “that’s ridiculous” because it is as I was supposed to be on a month to month no commitment plan. I got no response or follow up.They have been charging me since my request to cancel about a year ago. I was in a temporary situation and would have returned as a member once things were sorted but because of the horrible business and customer relations they have I’m steering everyone away and filing complaints with the BBB. Hope that 30 a month was worth the one star and BBB complaint. Do better business.
