The Mt. Juliet Goodwill Retail Store is a clean and organized location. The store is generally in good shape, though sometimes the shelves are overloaded. It is cleaner than most. The staff is friendly, nice, and kind. Everyone works together as a team, helping each other and staying positive. This Goodwill is a fantastic place that gives people chances to have a job, learn, and grow. Service is generally great. It is a solid and amazing place to work and shop. Customers report finding exactly what they needed, including good brands at inexpensive prices. The store is appreciated for being a fantastic part of the community, where patience and kindness are encouraged.
Love this Goodwill! The employees are very friendly and remember the regular customers. I only go in twice a month maybe, but they still acknowledge me when I do go in! The store is always clean and well stocked too! Polar opposite of the Hermitage Goodwill that's for sure!

They should close earlier if they want to close earlier instead of turning half the lights off. Half the stars for half the lights.
