Prices are out of control.
Saw a set of glasses from the store Home Goods, price still attached, at $6.99 and Goodwill was asking $12.99. Filp lid mason jar was $8.99. 1/2 burned Yankee candle was $9.99. Pair of Calvin Klein pants missing buttons were $16.99. A T-shirt in women's section was stained at $6.99. An empty glass yogurt container was $4.99.
I get they do good work and I'm sure the CEO deserves their high salary but these prices lately have been really disappointing considering their inventory costs them nothing. Goodwill used to be where you could purchase second hand items at a goid price but more and more I see literal garbage being sold at crazy prices.

Love this Goodwill! The employees are very friendly and remember the regular customers. I only go in twice a month maybe, but they still acknowledge me when I do go in! The store is always clean and well stocked too! Polar opposite of the Hermitage Goodwill that's for sure!

The Mt. Juliet Goodwill is very clean and organized! The staff is friendly and really appreciated the compliment I gave them at checkout.

I never got to Goodwiil, but have found myself there 3 times in past month. It had exactly what I needed. I went to Lebanon twice and Mt Juliet, TN 2day. Worked like a charm. I needed a suit jacket. I got a nice one for big and tall, and it fit those long arms perfect. It was a good brand, inexpensive, and the ONLY one that fit! The other 2 times was for physical therapy for in patient rehab after a family member had serious surgies. The clothes got lost, so I had to go back some more. The place is clean and organized.

Sells literal garbage for exorbitant prices. Staff is rude and incompetent.

They should close earlier if they want to close earlier instead of turning half the lights off. Half the stars for half the lights.

I was told by the cashier not to bring my grandson in the store because he is autistic and will scream in the store. 😡😡😡 That is discrimination all the way

The worst of local thrift stores. They overprice items and poor selection. We are talking $150 for rugs with cat pee on them!! It’s absurd. They also write with sharpie on everything making dishware toxic. They also hire disabled people because they can and do pay them less than minimum wage (messed up!!)My friends and I agree it’s the worst goodwill in Nashville by far.

This store has went downhill sadly, it used to be one of my favorites. The ceiling is leaking on the merchandise. A lot of the prices are tripled. I saw many items that came from the dollar tree $1.25, that was marked 3.50 and it was used items. Also they stack so many items on top of each other on the shelves, if you touch one all the stuff falls to the floor. I will note the furniture was marked reasonable.

So I just moved from Hermitage to Mount Juliet in the Providence area and I always utilize my local Goodwill store to drop off things that my family can no longer use. I’m either about to stop using Goodwill or I’m going to travel to EAST NASHVILLE where I originally moved from to drop off my items or start taking my items to the woman’s and children’s homeless shelter. The people in the drive-through are so incredibly rude! They yell at you they talk smart to you and it’s not OK! You will not get my items for free and then be disrespectful to me!!

The Goodwill is amazing to work at I got back there to work within 4 months. Everybody is so nice and kind including the managers and shift leads. We work together as a team, we help each other including when we have questions, and we stay positive in our own ways. I absolutely love working there it's amazing and I help with cleaning up the store whenever I can!

This used to be my favorite Goodwill, then for some reason they just up and tripled their prices! I'm rich, but I'm not that rich.
