Justin was very thorough and friendly. Took great pictures and gave us a very detailed list of repairs that were needed. As a first-time home-buyer, I also really appreciate the advice at the bottom of the inspection report.

Justin was quick to schedule a last minute inspection for us on our new home. He provided a clear detailed inspection report by the next morning. Justin was very personable and professional. Justin is not just another home inspector who will come, do the usual stuff in a hurry & leave. I hired him for our 1-year home inspection. He took sufficient time and reviewed every corner of our single-family home, inside & out. He provided a detailed report with all the reasonable findings and supporting pictures. Very approachable and explains any queries in detail. His charges are apt for the quality of his work. I will re-hire him again if need be.

Would highly recommend using Greater Nashville Home Inspection! Justin was extremely responsive and quick to fit us into his schedule. Being that we are building, there were some last minute changes to scheduling and he was helpful and understanding. He got us our report by the next morning and we’re able to send it on to our PM in time to fix the mistakes he found before drywall went in. Awesome company to work with!

Last week Justin came out to inspect a house for me in La Vergne. As a first time home buyer, I don’t have experience but Justin made it pretty easy to understand the inspection portion of buying a house. He explained the process and he answered all my questions. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I would definitely recommend him.

We were highly satisfied with our inspection. He worked with our tight timeline and came out the next day and returned the report results to us the day after. It was detailed, explained and included pictures. This inspection was on a new build. His prices were reasonable.
