She encouraged me to take my time choosing exactly what I wanted — no pressure, no rush. Once I made my selection, I completed the quick paperwork and we got started.
We discussed placement, and she took the time to show me her suggestions, making sure I was 100% happy before moving forward. She even reassured me that we could take as long as needed to get it just right — but honestly, she nailed it on the very first try! I loved where she placed the earrings. She was calm, professional, and had such a positive attitude throughout the whole process.
