“Kat & Richard pierced my daughter’s ears today and Richard was already on top of it. He did a really good job at making sure sanitation was a priority and he was very meticulous about alignment. Kat jumped in and they completed both piercings as a team and my daughter was jumping up and down excited after they were all done. This location in providence mt juliet is the same location that we got my oldest daughter’s ears pierced as well. Thank Clair’s”
“Recently, I fell ill and ended up in a very busy emergency room, while the care I received was exceptional, they lost something very dear too me. My wedding rings which had to be removed for tests, went missing and were never found. Tasked with replacing them, I went to multiple jewelry stores looking for something like what I had and loved. I was not having any luck until Sayoko, Manager at Kay jewelers, stepped in. She heard my story and showed me such empathy, care and understanding . Together we picked a set and while I was trying to fall in love with them, she went and picked a different ring, then a surround for the diamond ring that set it over the top and the minute I saw them together, I knew they were what I wanted. After weeks of looking, it took her less than 20 minutes to find rings that are stunning and I am as excited about them as I was when my husband surprised me with my first ring. Sayoko went above and beyond for me while waiting to move through the insurance process with a large hospital. She held my rings for me for over 2 months and once they were paid for, she expedited the sizing process to get the rings on my hand where they belonged.
