Krogers is now yet another business that requires scanning your government issued ID in order to purchase alcohol. {The cashier even tried telling me it was a state law (cute, Kroger makes laws now!) - Take your business elsewhere, these business have no reason whatsoever to do this.

the older clerk guy @ self check out by the customer service desk is about lifeless in his customer service skills. the store often out of stock of key essentials. overall staff training in customer friendliness & assistance is MUCH needed @ this location. Kroger could take ALOT of knowledge from Publix regarding.

I have been going to krogers every week for the past 20 years faithfully! And I am fed up with how lately the all mark stuff on sale with card and then you get to the register and charged full price! And they say oh that's old sale and different stuff. They all do this now and kroger I will drive 100 miles out of my way if that is what it takes not to do business with you ever agian.

Stood at the deli counter for at least 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by anyone behind the counter. One was on their phone and the other just kept cleaning the cutting machine, I finally just gave up and walked away purchased what I had in my cart and went to Publix to purchase my deli items.

It's taking forever to remodel this store. It's a bit difficult finding what you need. Most employees are friendly but not always helpful.

It’s definitely not Publix but it’s way better than the Kroger in Providence. The staff is generally polite and fairly helpful when you need assistance.

I gave a five star here and now a one star. Tried finding an item but they were useless at customer service

We have to check the date on every single thing we buy here. If you do pickup, you’re given rotten produce, they cancel your order, or you’re given the wrong things. If you shop in the store, things are often expired. In February, their breakfast egg cups by the cheese had all expired in December and they were still out. Check your milks and especially your yogurts. This Kroger should pay its customers for having to check all of the expiration dates. It definitely makes shopping take twice as long and we sometimes pay double at Publix just to avoid it.

Discrimination at its finest at this location. My husband had a $35 money order from a krogers in Hermitage,Tn. He went in to cash it at the Mt.Juliet krogers and was told by Bubba that the money order could not be cashed at that location and we would have to travel back to the Hermitage location to cash it. Knowing this to be untrue, as my husband is often paid by money orders from Krogers and have them cashed at any Kroger location. We called the hermitage location to verify what we already knew and was told it could be cashed at any Krogers. We went back inside at Mt.Juliet Krogers and asked for Bubba supervisor in which we got Mona. Mona went on to state that it could not be cashed at that location so we called Brittany back at the Hermitage location and put Mona on the phone with her, only then did Mona agree to cash the money order. My husband and I are African American, while Mona is of Hispanic descent and bubba caucasian. When Mona spoke to Brittany who is Caucasian the money order was cashed. This alone is grounds for a discrimination lawsuit. Just because we are African American they judged us and made a decision not to cash it. Mona even went on to insinuate that there are a lot of stolen money orders as if she’s saying that’s what we have. Even with my husband name on the money order, they took his ID and still crossed through his name to make it payable to Kroger so why wasn’t that just done in the first place !?! Krogers need to watch who they hire and advise them of their policies and the discrimination law because if we had time to be extreme we would lawyer up and make a big deal out of the location being Racist.
