Angela is a horrible person. Speaking so rudely to employees for absolutely no reason. Absolutely appalling that Angela is allowed to work with people nevermind be in charge of them.
How she has a job is beyond me because she is absolutely atrocious to the customers and employees.

I had a very bad experience in customer service where the clerk was rude, unhelpful, and demeaning. I didn't catch her name, but she was the only one on duty.
I was trying to get a refund for an overcharge on Vital eggs (Organic, large, 12 count, Pasture raised) because when I shopped on Friday, June 21 at the same store, I was overcharged. I was charged 9.99 which is the cost of the 18 count box, not the 12 count. When she checked the price of my empty box with her scanner, it showed the same incorrect price of 9.99. She went through this whole explanation about why these particular eggs are so expensive, that the hens are allowed to roam free, and that she often buys these same eggs even though they are very expensive. I just shrugged it off, thinking, no refund coming because I had inadvertently bought these very expensive eggs. I decided to go back to the egg section to see if the $9.99 price was at the display, and lo and behold, the price on these eggs was $6.79. When I returned to the service counter, I showed her a photo of the price for the 12 egg carton and a photo of the price for 18 eggs of the same brand, listed as $9.99, making it very obvious that the system had the wrong price. Well now the clerk tells me that the $6.79 is the WIC price, not the price that rings up for customers not using WIC, and that the actual price was $9.99. I had never heard anything so ridiculous, so I had her call her manager. The manager finally told her to just give me the refund, which is what should have happened at the get-go. In the old days, Kroger would refund the entire wrong price, but now it's a fight just to get a refund for the difference. Nuts!

Glen at the self check out is very rude but unfortunately management doesn't seem to care. He is rude to customers, not just myself but I have seen his demeanor with my fiancee and other customers and fellow employees. Not sure how this is acceptable and continues to be tolerated. I used to spend. $500 PLUS dollars a month and refuse to go when he is working which means Kroger has lost a considerable amount of my business. On the other hand, Nancy is great and very helpful.

Angela and Sharon that work in “Customer Care” are the rudest ladies I’ve ever encountered. They don’t need to be working with customers at all. They belong in the back away from people if they are unable to control their anger and poor attitudes.

Why do your employees have to take their smoke break right by the entrance to the store? I don’t want to smell their smoke. Gross and rude to subject your customers to second hand smoke inhalation.

I used instacart for the first time ever. I told the store i wouldn’t be able to come to the store until after 9pm. I arrived at 9:01pm and was unable to get my order. So I wasted 25 minutes of driving to the store and once there I was treated like an annoying outsider because “instacart is not us at all”. A joke all around.

Thanks for watching me struggle at self checkout when you knew the belt didn't work. Thanks for not helping me bag and just watching me run back and forth to bag my groceries. Thanks for standing RIGHT beside me giggling and laughing with your co workers instead of doing your damn job and making sure I'm getting the help I need. Thanks for walking up to check on the belt AFTER I spent 20 minutes checking out and still not saying anything to me. If youdon't like black people you shouldn't be wording in the grocery store. ?
