Thanks for watching me struggle at self checkout when you knew the belt didn't work. Thanks for not helping me bag and just watching me run back and forth to bag my groceries. Thanks for standing RIGHT beside me giggling and laughing with your co workers instead of doing your damn job and making sure I'm getting the help I need. Thanks for walking up to check on the belt AFTER I spent 20 minutes checking out and still not saying anything to me. If youdon't like black people you shouldn't be wording in the grocery store. ?

The best store

This Kroger was remodeled a few years ago and the store is decent with a good selection. However, the customer service is horrible! They are frequently out of carts and no one seems to care. The store can get very messy and you cannot find any help. I only come here to fill in my Aldi order and do not recommend it for everyday shopping!

I really liked it but my only issue with Kroger is the app. Really needs an upgrade and not easy to navigate. This store is clean and organized with the best workers.

The store was clean and well stocked. However the wait to check out was horrendous. There were 11 registers open. 8 of them were self checkout. It was a Thursday afternoon at 4 pm. We spent 10 minutes picking up our items and 25 minutes waiting in line. Lines were back down 5 different isles all at least to the halfway point. Customers were having to go all the way to the back of the store just to get to the next isle. There was only one associate trying to assist customers in the self checkout line with ID checks and other items. If Kroger is going to continue to go the full self checkout way to reduce their overhead I will change where I buy my groceries. I will not buy here again. I just think it is a poor way to build customer relationships and to gain loyal customer. Greg

After multiple trips using the click list, they have the worst service I have ever encountered. Just all the way around from website; items you know are in store but can't order unless delivered, Late or no text; substitutions/running behind/"sorry, but your order won't be available until tomorrow for pickup", to putting groceries away; substitutions not comparable/rotten vegetables and fruit/missing items- (pickers need training) although returns are easy, and finally to the multiple charges on my card!! Due to either substitutions and the amounts are different, or they are the same and one went through but you still see one pending. At one time I had three charges on my bank card where two charges were pending and one went through. But now, it's just two! Whoohoo, go me! For some reason, the amounts are almost always different, so one always stays in pending until it expires and gets refunded back to me and the other Is the actual payment. So unless I absolutely need to order from them, I go somewhere else.

This is the worst kroger in the area. For over a year now, there’s only been 2 checkout lanes open, and a few of the self checkouts (if they are open). The lines are always going down into the aisles. If you want to buy one thing, it’ll take you over 15mins to get out of the store. As i was leaving I noticed 2 managers in the front near the produce just talking, not helping opening up checkout lanes. You’re better off going to kroger on north mt juliet or hermitage.

They have two self checkout areas they are never used. Holiday weeks they need to be opened. One person can very easily handle two whole self checkout areas

This morning at this Kroger the check outs lines were all backed up at 10 am. This was unusual for a Friday morning, as I shop here weekly. They only had 2 cashier lanes open. And only a few of the self checkouts open. They called for more cahiers, but only 1 more person came to the front. Also you need to fix the self checkouts. I use the be able to scan items and put them directly into my bags. But now you have to let all your items go down the conveyor belt. So it takes twice as long to do self checkout. Disappointed customer! Can't wait till BJ's Warehouse open!

It is my understanding that without notice the Kroger store in Mount Juliet, Tennessee removed help or support for the elderly in carrying out their groceries to their car. There is a new manager in the last week that restricted this practice. After 7 yrs of weekly shopping at Kroger in Mt Juliet TN, My 81 yo mother showed up yesterday and was told the staff could not help her carry her groceries to the car. Given that less than a mile from the store there is a large retirement community and elderly population, I would suggest you reinstate the help for the elderly. This will retain customers and discourage them from leaving for your nearby competitor Publix

Good Points: Clean, large. Overall great produce. Large selection compared to several other Kroger's in the area.Bad Points: DON'T BUY MEAT HERE!!! I have 3x and gotten sick everytime. Doctor said possible food poisoning! It is the non-frozen meat and seafood. Even at full price something is wromg with the meat.

Everybody was so kind and helpful! Even though checkout lacked a bagger the woman was super quick and efficient!

This place has become disgusting. The checkout people are rude and lazy. Bagger with doody nails needs to go. She's a quitter. She left her co worker hanging by not bagging my stuff thinking she's proving a point. This place is nasty. Stay away.
