The employees tonight (1/16/23) were just awful, I usually do self checkout but the (grumpy) man over-seeing that area would not let me check out until he (very slowly) replaced the bags all while bitching at me for even attempting to try and ring ring my stuff up. So i decided to let him have his moment and proceeded into a line with a cashier instead. Not much better for I was greeted by a Very unhelpful cashier. She couldn't or wouldn't help me apply a remaining gift card balance to my grocery total. I can't do it from the self-payment device on my end. It required her to swipe it on her end BUT she just wouldn't do it. I get that there's a shortage on good help but shit, Kroger can at least put a helpful, more friendly person in the self checkout lanes. Or stick those dicks back in seafood, de-pooping shrimp. Please Please get the long self check outs for people who purchase alot. I know you can. Because some of the Krogers in Fishers, IN have them. I do not like how the people bag the groceries. I live about 15 minutes away and I like all my cold stuff to be together since I just don't live down the street. I have gone through the self check out with a lot of groceries just so I can bag my own groceries. And I will do it again if I need too!

Online ordering from this location is hit or miss. Some shoppers picking your order are very attentive and text about substitutions and are very communicative. Others just grab a few items and never text about a goddamn thing regarding out of stock items and deliver your very incomplete order. You can complain to management but that's where hope goes to die. But hey, Publix is right across the street!

I have done clicklist 3 times at this kroger, once went smoothly, the other 2 have been nightmares. Today I spent 1.5 hours waiting on my groceries that were "on the way out". Then after speaking with a manager that they are "doing the best they can" I just canceled the order and asked for some sort of compensation for my time and screaming 8 month old who was starving. I got an eye roll, and sigh, and a $10 gift card. I will not be back and recommend you either do your own shopping or go elsewhere!

I'm breaking up with Kroger today. We have been loyal customers for YEARS, but I cannot do one more week of their sub-par Click List service. Buyer beware: if you choose to pick up, you better hope Winston is working. He is the nicest and fastest person they have working Click List at this store. If he's not there, you will wait 30 minutes MINIMUM even if you give them a 15 minute heads up with the app. I have given this store benefit of the doubt for months knowing times are

Worst customer service ever. Employees do not know left from right here... I tried click list since we're in the middle of a pandemic and I prefer not to go into grocery stores right now. THREE different times they messed my order up. The third time I told the boy politely about my experiences and asked him to pass it along to his manager. Then decided to give them a last chance. The 4th time, they called me an hour before I was supposed to pick up my groceries and told me it would be an hour later. When I arrived an hour later, they told me to come back the next day haha. I just cancelled my order and asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager wasn't in that day.. what? so I left a review via email. They made it right, gave me a $25.00 credit. I went in a few days later tried to use the credit and it wasn't working (surprise) the boy helping me registered a gift card to me and after I rung up all my groceries told me "it takes ten minutes to activate" I had been waiting for about twenty minutes for the gift card. I'm done with this Kroger. I'll just drive past it and go to Publix instead.

click-list for grocery pickup should be closed down. Order is 10 hours + late. I know these are trying times but why put your customers through this??

Since moving here from the west coast, this has been the closet thing to a decent grocery we can find in the Mt. Juliet. We used to shop at Stater Bros and Trader Joe's, but Stater is a west coast thing and the closest TJ's is 40 minutes away. The produce here is decent and there's a great variety of organic and non-organic leafy greens. I love spicy foods and spicy cooking, so I was surprised to find their peppers section had a wide variety mild to hot peppers. Looking for healthier and more natural or organic food options? That entire section is right next to the produce. The deli here is huge and offers a ton of fresh sliced meats, cheese and dinners sides. Plus there's free section that is always filled loaded! I haven't tried their sushi, but it always looks very fresh. Beyond that it's a pretty basic grocery store, offering everything you'd need for the pantry or fridge. One section that needs help is the ethic foods and spice section. Minimal variety, but I'm not surprised with this considering the neighborhood we are in. Pro Tip: Order your groceries through the Kroger app to avoid spending two hours at the store, but still get your Kroger points for cheap gas!

So I went to Krogers yesterday, waited for my turn in the self-check, and right when it was my turn--whammo, some chick from left field waltzed up and took the next open spot. Everyone in line was stunned. I asked the guy over the self-check what the heck happened and he said "I'm not going to stop her." Really? I said "Then maybe you should get someone over here who will, because the rest of us have waited in line like normal people." He said "You should have paid better attention." WHAT?!? While I do understand he had no control over some random rogue chick, he could have handled that a million different ways--and any one of them would have been better than expressing his opinion, which I don't remember asking for. I told him it was rude for other people to cut in line and he said "You need to lower your voice, you're being rude." Well lawsy me, we can't have that. I mean, I'll just roll over and play dead before I let it be said I'm RUDE. (Yes, that was sarcasm.) I reported him to the manager but I got the feeling because I wasn't being all giggly and sweet, and instead was "I'm kicking butt," that nothing would happen. I was dismissed. Not only dismissed, but judged and THEN dismissed. I'd like to point out there's a Publix RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. And that it's 2019 and we women folk have the right to vote, own property, hold office, put on shoes and leave the kitchen. Oh, and I'm also taking this to the top and I won't stop until I'm satisfied, and baby we ain't even close. Signed, The Rudest B*tch You Ever Met

management is horrible. 3 managers working hanging out chatting in the meat section. Front end needed help. no management visible in the front. one manager was taking his lunch to the office and he came out to bag grocery and left the cashiers wing it on their own

Worst Krogers in the Nashville metro. Seriously disorganized--items that should be found together are often not. No rhyme or reason why some natural/organic items are in the natural section while some aren't. I'm constantly running all over the store to get what I need due to their poor planning and organization. Delivery "gatherers" are either lazy or also confused about where to find items in the store (both?)--they will replace most of the products on your list, even when you know they're in the store. Nice personnel but they don't make up for the otherwise crappy shopping experience at this location.

I was looking for chicken cutlets, when a person in the meat dept. finally came to counter and asked he rapidly walked me over to the chicken breast and told me "This is the same thing" without another word he walked away mumbling under his breath. I know the difference between a breast and a cutlet but obviously he did not. I went back to the counter to ask if there was another person in that dept. I could speak to or a manager. He then yelled "OH MY GOD, I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS" and left me standing there. A young female manager came to assist but she seemed new and didn't know where items were located. A male manager came to apologize but by them I didn't care about our dinner for the night and would have left right then but I had already finished my shopping minus the meat selection. That is outrageous behavior. I think this young man needs further training as he is NOT a true butcher and should probably just stock shelves. Employee seemed to have an unstable personality.
