Chloe helped me today.. A lot!I came in the store just to buy contacts and asked her to help me but I was probably ordering online. She was very patient with me and it was appreciated. It’s a a rare find these days to get A+ service but Chloe at the Mt Juliet location gave me that! Thank you Chloe!!!

I had made my appointment over 3 weeks in advance and had my paperwork properly filled out with my insurance information filled out. Upon arrival and check in I was told that they had just looked at my benefits and was out of network for a contact exam and would have to pay out of pocket. I was told the exam was anywhere from $180 to $220. It was very dissapointing to know that as a potential patient that my insurance wasn’t verified or I wasn’t called prior to my appointment.

wonderful staff! special shout-out to Sarah, she's so personable and so chill! really enjoyed talking with her while i was selecting my frames. she walked me through my options and pricing differences and was super kind and patient. she's fabulous!

My husband had the absolute worst experience with Sarah at the Mt Juliet office. The entire group there was anything but customer friendly. Been to other locations and have loved it but this team was the worst. Our family will stay clear of LensCrafters in the future.

Went in to look for glasses that I had found on their website. Showed a lady what I was looking for. She started searching but in just a moment told me that a man would help me and disappeared. The man was the manager. She did not tell him what I was looking for or anything. Just left abruptly to eat lunch. The manager asked how he could help me because she left with telling him. Extremely poor customer service, especially with the manager involved. I guess a customer is not worth being a little late to lunch. I left because my business was not worth it obviously.

Great experience! All of the employees I encountered at the location in Mt. Juliet were kind and patient. Chloe was amazing. I had picked out glasses with a sales person and she sized them and had everything ready when I seen another pair of glasses I wanted to try on instead. She was very encouraging and didn't mind at all. I ended up getting 2 completely different glasses. She took sunglass lens out so I could see what it'd look like with a clear lens. She went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect glasses! I hope she's there everything I go back!

Sherrie was great but Lens Crafters in Mt Juliet are obviously not a full service dealer for Oakley. I was there to get sunglasses. Oakley offered the one style I wanted but I couldn't get the lenses or the color of ear pieces I wanted. This was all because Oakley has not installed the custom ordering equipment necessary. They said I could drive to Murfreesboro and get what I wanted. MJ couldn't even call and order them for me, so I had to settle for black ear pieces and brown lenses for $700. Oakley, if you pick someone to be your dealer, you should give them the tools to actually be a dealer?
