The people are great. Very nice. But, the company has changed. Now, you can't get a shower unless you buy diesel fuel & it costs $34 for 2 people. Great pizza & nice people, but policy has changed.

Showers = down.Laundry = down.I asked when they will be fixed and was told. Laundry, just get quarters. Showers they are letting people in manually. Other truck stops are just 10 miles away and that's what I recommend. At least the store is relatively new.

This one is our favorite in the area.Sad to see Petro’s Chili vacate their space. Hope they can find another healthy vendor to replace them.Store is always clean and personnel are welcoming and helpful.

I recently was having trouble with my air. I called in to store #793 while I was in TN the staff ordered my parts before I even made it to the store. They were fully staffed. Professional. Most importantly about those trucks. Out of all the Lives I’ve been to that Service team has to be the best I’ve been to around the US. A++ job. From the front counter to the tire guys they aren’t dragging their working. I will definitely be back whenever I’m atleast 300 miles out. Great job!

I purchased the Sound Logic Bluetooth headset on April 10th when a friend and I were traveling. I charged them but did not have a reason to use them as I phone was connected to my car’s Bluetooth. I used them a couple of times when I got home. I noticed that they were not staying connected or I could not hear the person on the other end. I also ended up with pneumonia along with Covid. I could not get out to return them so I called them. A young man answered the phone and I let him know that they were not working correctly and needed to return them. When he heard that I was sick, he said it would be okay to return them on the weekend even though 30 days was up on May 10th. I attempted to return them to another loves and was told “too bad, you can’t return them. I called the Mount Juliet location again and the manager (or she said she was the manager) said that I could have returned them on the 10th which is the date I called them, I could have gotten my money back, but regardless of me being sick, they did not care. If I had been told that I had to return them by the 10th, I would have tried to get someone to return them for me but I was told that the 13th would be fine considering the situation. The manager Jennifer ( I think that was her name) basically told me I was stuck with them if they worked or not. I use Loves just about every time I travel if there is one on my route. I will use another station from now on.

The manager at the speedco was a complete j**** Was told over the phone that they could replace my value stim, yet when I get here they told me they couldn't do it! Then I asked if they could at least replace my tire because I had a bad tire with a good stim and a decent tire with a bad stim. Still was told they could do it yet the machine is sitting in the back corner! Please make it make sense! I hope that their customer service is better towards truckers, but what I had to experience was completely uncalled for.

Nice stop on a stretch of road without much to offer. Plenty of gas pumps and clean restrooms as you would expect with this chain. Three separate choices for fast food, Petros chili chip cups which also has potatoes and salads. Godfather pizza , and Hardee's burger joint. Small dog park with a bench is outgrowth also.

Its clean inside. But to many managers and not enough workers. The schedule is never made out on time. And if u try to better yourself tgey cut u back to one day aweek. They dont pay well either. 15 an hour is a joke. This is a billion dollar company pay more. It a shame that management just does whatever. There open door policy is a pitiful joke. They always make excuses for ppl that do others dirty and call them out of there name. Shamr on the lobe family and thrirbad treatment of their employees.

The parking lot is a convenient park and ride lot. Why does Loves allow this to happen? Thought these were travel centers? Absolutely no parking for travelers.

All you can ask out of a Love's.Here there is a Petro's Chili & Chips, Godfather Pizza and a Hardess's.This Love's is either new or very well kept up. Maybe both.Showers are clean and hot with steady pressure, laundry area is operating normally, plenty of food stocked.My only gripe is the fact that the fuel cost is higher than most.On 1/3/23 reg unleaded is 2.95/galDiesel is $4.34/gal which is above avg.Just watch in like six months this is gonna be cheap. ?

I think her name was Kellie but she was by far the worst employee I have ever encountered. She was what I assumed was the manager on duty ( because she was telling others what to do) and she made it a point to actively avoid me as well as the staff until I chased one of them down. No hospitality, no professionalism, and DEFINITELY no Love at Loves.

Roadside is trash. They sent a rookie out who had no idea what he was talking about. Lied about a wheel policy so I bought a wheel because he refused to replace the tire it if I didn’t. Rude inexperience shop staff who gets off hanging up on customers and lying about labor time. 2300 dollars later, loves has gone down hill. Keep hiring these kids

Showers, bathroom and store was super clean. Parking is decent a lot of room round the pumps. Dog area was clean. Food from petro chili and chips was really good.
